July 7th, I was charged for bags that were suppose to be free and part of my initial purchase. Now calling the company they said no you invoice initially is zero but after 30 days you are charged. This is the first deception. This company is deceptive in a multiple different ways. When ordering the product on their website, it showed boy one get one, then on the next page it shows that if you would like a 3rd you can pay an extra $29. This was not the case. The free one they were initially speaking of is the one for *****. This is the second deception. When I told them they were very deceptive and I want my money back and that they have a 90 day guarantee that states I can get my money back, the customer service representative told me that only applied to if there is a defect on the machine or just the machine so I could not get my money back for the bags. So I asked, if I will no longer have the machine, what do I need the additional bags that initially showed to be free but charged for going to do for me if I do not have the machine. She said maam thats our policy. I said again that is deceptive. I said the 90 day should cover everything I purchased on the date of purchase. These are details I believe all consumers need to be aware of before being able to buy any products from this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered the grill plate for *************************** French door air fryer 360 on 1/4/23 after a family member did the same on 12/5/22 (order canceled less than 30 days later). My order has been canceled 1/30/23. I have contacted them via email only to be told it's scheduled for ship 2 to 4 weeks. That it's out of stock. That they're getting inventory shortly. The first order they said would ship 1/14/23 when I inquired about it.Both orders were paid for by PayPal which canceled it after 30 days of not receiving it. No money was taken from our bank accounts *********** still has infomercials saying you get the grill plate for free as a special when you order from the sight (I bought mine from ***'s club) . They also don't mention on their site that it us out of stock.When you place an order it says ships in 2 to 4 weeks but it never happens and the order is canceled and they tell you too order it again.The website I have been ordering from is emerileveryday.com
