I work as a healthcare provider and the level of care at this facility is very low. I was greeted nicely by the front desk however the medical staff is terrible. I do not feel as if I have received an adequate level care at this facility . They did not perform a urine culture as they stated they would . I requested to be checked for STD's through a urine sample and the results would be back in a week once the results come back I would get a call with results it now has been 10 days and I received no phone call. They do not answer or return phone calls at all. I gave a 3 day courtesy since I understand that healthcare can be difficult. So I was forced to go back to the office and ask for the results to which they tell me the urinate sample was not suitable I asked why wasn't I called. They replied because the doctor has to sign off on it . I asked for the paper and I see where the doctor signed off on 10/20. the day after my appointment Also, After the appointment they sent my prescription to the wrong location I tried to call the locations and find out what was done with my prescription. I received no answer and was forced to come back the office and find out where they sent my prescription and it was sent to a completely different pharmacy after I clearly wrote CVS Pharmacy and the address. So I was without medication for the entire night and half of the next day. I would like to receive the care that I requested from the facility . If I receive no answer by Friday from the facility to retest . I will return because I paid for a service and I expect to receive it. This is the worst level of care I have ever seen in my life . This care center needs to be looked into. The reviews for this care center are terrible.
