Watch ordered on the 12th of January. No status info or product delivered. Made a complaint the 19th. They responded by telling me delivery was slow. Still no response. Made another complaint on the 21st. They responded that there was a problem with the shipping company on the 25th. I want a refund including shipping charges.Initial Complaint

I purchased a watch from Imsirewatch online on 11/30/22 using my debit card in the amount of $54.88. Inever received the purchase to designated address. I have phone called multiple times and a message says currently out of service. I communicated to their customer service multiple times and get the same canned reply " We are working on it and delivery should be in 10cto 21 days". I never received any shipping data what so ever.Initial Complaint

Re= Inspire Watch I ordered a watch fitness tracker on 5/13/22 paid $106.05 order# lW22356 I received it and was not happy with it and emailed to inquire on how to return it. 1st email response was = I can help you but I need the reason for return I said I changed my mind not happy with it 2nd email said they do NOT accept returns for “not happy or changed mind” Can I get any help with this? I've purchased a watch from inspirewatch.com and they sent me an email stating that they are out of stock. ok I told them to exchange it for the other one they have available so they sent another email saying the same thing...out of stock, so they said they have another color in stock so I told them to send the color they have. up to this point I don't hear from them. I tried calling, their phone number don't work, I tried the email they have and no response, only come to find some reviews about these same problems others having with them....Almost $400 they took from me, I've ask for a refund several times and no response from them. Please if u can help me to get my money back I would be very grateful.Business response

I about a watch from Inspire Watch website more than 35 days ago. The shipping could take up 20 business days based on their website. It has been more than 20 business days. I have emailed them asking for a refund, but they said that since the watch is in transit, they can't issue a refund. There is no shipping date. I called the phone number, but it is not a functioning one. My order number is XXXXX. Thank you!
