I purpose a car from Tuscaloosa wholesale of Tuscaloosa Alabama I put **** dollars down on the car its a Pontiac 2008 ** and its have problems with the wiring and the alternator keep going out I put a new alternator on the car and all they did was put a new battery in the car but the car the car still giving me problems with the same issue and I ask for another car to trade it out but they saying theyll fix the car but the wiring problems in the car keep making the battery or alternator go dead I cant get in the car or crank the car up cause the computer in it is dead period I pay my car note faithfully and i deserve a car thatll work for me and get me back and forth to work these people is very unprofessional when it comes to their cars its okay to fix it but fixing the same problem i dont have money to paying the car note and fixing the car too I ask them to send a tow truck so they can fix it and the manager their gonna tell me I have to get the car up there in order for them to fix it now if I wasnt paying my car note or voluntary give the car back theyre send one Im not working due to the car not working how do I suppose to pay for it if I cant get to workBusiness response

WITH A LIFE TIME WARRANTY IF SHE HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH CAR SHE NEEDS TO DEAL WITH MECHANIC SHOP
THAT HAS WORKED ON HER . WE ARE NOT A AUTO REPAIR SHOP . WE DO HELP OUR CUSTOMERS GET THERE CAR FIXED BY HELPING THEM WITH THE ******* NOT REPAIR . TUSCALOOSA WHOLESALE HAS NEVER WORKED ON HER CAR SHE NEEDS TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPANY THAT DID. WE JUST HELPED HER PAY THE ****** IT IS NOT OUR REPONSIBILTY TO PAY FOR TOW TRUCK WHEN MRS ************* CAR BREAKS DOWN BUT WE PAID TO HAVE IT HAULED TO SHOP BECAUSE SHE DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY .Customer response
