9/29/2023 a group of 18 of us came to this establishment. They were notified prior and ask if there was an a time limit and we were told no. Once everyone left, my friend and i finished cleaning up and sat down to finish our foods. The waitress then grabbed our food while we were eating and said that we needed to move to another table because another guy needed his section and they needed to make the section sectionable. There was no one waiting and about only ***** customers there. There were other people there that had been there the same time frame as us and was not made to move but my friend and i were the only african americans there. We told them that they can just take the food and that were leaving but we anted to speak with a manager. They told us that the manager does not speak great english and his wife was sent down to talk to us. She offered no explanation what so ever and was pretty rude and condescending . Our bill was $500+ and we could not sit and enjoy our food peacefully like everyone else. Our server was tipped generously because she said that she was in trouble and that this restaurant was generous enough to create fake pay stubs for her so she could get govt assistance. As we were speaking to the manager the rest of the servers gathered around us ln a threatening manner. One of the servers tried to fight us to the point that they had to hold her back, she followed us outside as we were leaving. When we got outside we saw people that we knew and another gentleman asked us if we were ok. As we were talking to them our waitress came out, called the police and told the whole entire restaurant we were drunk ,we had 10 shots and agressive. She went to our cars touching them trying to get our tags. Police arrived we were trespassed, breathalyzed( we both blew a ****) and then let go. The manager was also went on ******** telling everyone we are liars and was drunk. They did a false police report ,harassed and slandered our names. This is criminal
