      I really just give up on everything trying to figure out or come to some kind of solution to get another car. It's clear that dealershipships like Hyundai doesn't want to accept any wrong doing even if they were at fault for anything. I just been getting the run the around & attitude. I shouldn't have to pay for a car I'm not driving that isn't drivable. I'm trying to find something else that isn't a Hyundai it's a never ending issue.

      Got a new 2023 Sonata. Told them I didn't want extra warranties or another things with the car. They snuck the contract on me by hurrying up and when I'm done I have 899 dollars added to the car plus a treatment to the inside and outside of the car that cost ***** dollars. I have tried to contact them with no reply except an e-mail to contact them over the matter 3 times and4 times e-mail. Got the car home, and It's got a non factory tint on it. Nitrogen aired tires. Noticed the tires were low with warning light at 24 psi in front driver side and the rest at 29 psi. So there goes the Nitrogen. I feel this car has been sold and brought back. It had around 49 miles on it when I bought it. If you are reading this, you do need to contact me about this matter. I suggest you to read your contracts with this Dealer. The car is fine, but the way it was sold is really left to be desired. Also look at the invoice. It said sale for it and after all was said it was still at normal price. I feel you need to write me a check for this on what i never asked for and send it to me as soon as possible. MSRP was $31,135 and its sale price was $28,942. When they added all they snuck in, the total was $34,373. Added to this was Nitrogen tires aired $395, Four for One $$899, Lifetime Window Tint $449, Premium Luxcare $1,495 with a grand total to the car $34,373. This is not the way to do a customer. Stay away from this place.

      Bought a 2019 Santa Fe in September 2021, paperwork started new tires, new wiper blades and seat protectant. When I returned for 2nd service (***** miles) service manager said I need to replace a tire. They checked tire depth at 7-7 front 4-5 back. When I called the sales person she called back and said they just replaced two front tires. I told her new tire depth was 11/32nd check and explain how the tires had worn 4/32nd in this distance. Someone called me later, didnt identify himself and said tires arent made as well now, he told me the tires they put on are only 8-9/32nd new. I then checked manufacturers specs on this size tire, it states 11/32nd is new tire tread depth. They lied about tires being replaced then lied again when I ask how they could need replacement after ***** miles

      I just asked Danny did he get my application that wasn't done. I didn't get straight answer on that. Then was getting notifications that my credit was being hit. I never sent my driving license because Danny never sent the link. Every question I had for Danny he didn't give a straight answers.
      Now I know why because they was running my credit and add extra items not on invoicing. (Up front pricing) lie... no where on there site says that all there cars have added these items.. I was told every one else was charging 3000 more for there pockets. I was told by the General Manager that they put on every car ..yes this there way of padding their pockets too.. there's a chip shortage so every dealership is cashing in on us. They should be ashamed of them self. They would not like this to happen to them.. stay away from any dealerships.
