    I traded a low mileage 2017 Toyota Prius for a 2022 Toyota Corolla in an even trade. The salesman, ******************* told me that the least Southeast Toyota would finance was $7500.00. Since I only owed $3826.88 they would pay off the Prius and cut me a check for the difference of the $7500.00 loan. When I went to the finance mgr, *******************. I asked when I would get my check. He said in about 10 days when the loan went through. When I received a statement for the first loan payment I went down there and asked for my check. They said they couldn't give it to me until they received the Prius title. I signed the loan papers on 08/18/2022 and it is now 09/30/2022 and they are still claiming they have not received the title on the Prius. I called my lender on the Prius, Toyota Financial, and they said it was mailed on 09/15/2022, over 2 weeks ago. Receiving the title should not have been a condition for getting paid money that was mine. They received the loan proceeds of $7500.00 and paid off the prius and the remainder was mine. Anyway I think they have received the title by now and submitted it to Alabama to get the Alabama title. But they keep using that as an excuse not to pay me. They have already sold the Prius. I have spoken to the salesman, *******************, and the General Manager, *********************, numerous times and they just keep giving me the run around and I cannot get the money that belongs to me.

    Bought a truck from here two weeks ago and will never return. I only bought from here because they had one ordered that would be arriving soon while other dealers were ***** days out. We tried to have things we didnt need removed but were told we couldnt take certain things off even though they hadnt been installed yet because their general manager made them sell it with those options. The website said the truck came with a towing package which it did not. When we questioned them about, it we were told that the girl who put the info on the website made a mistake and it in fact did not come with one but we could pay to have one installed instead. All of our paperwork was done electronically on a tablet and we were given a usb drive to go home and view the paperwork instead of physical copies. The salesman sent us an invoice showing we would owe $34,791 not counting any down payments. When we signed the paperwork it was done very quickly and we were not told anything else about the price of the vehicle but we didnt question it because the salesman had already told us the price. After getting home and reviewing the paperwork on the computer, we saw a lot of options were added in that we werent asked about and we still owed over $40,000 for the truck after a down payment . We went back and they did end up refunding the warranties we were not asked if we actually wanted after calling us liars and saying their sales people wouldnt add it without asking. I even told the gm we were told it was recorded and we could gladly go watch it back to see and he in turn told us they dont have cameras to record and if they did they did it unbeknownst to him. I was also charged $2197 for LuxCare, nitrogen fill, and window tinting (this is automatically added to every vehicle and not optional) when their website says ALL new vehicles come with this for $1447. I was told that they actually charge based on the vehicle and color not a set price as stated on website.

We absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase which is why we refunded the products you said you were not aware of at the time of your purchase. We tried to explain to the best of our ability the pricing structure we used. We are sorry for any confusion or miscommunication. Your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. This makes us all the more eager to make sure this doesn't happen again. We understand your frustration and do sincerely apologize. We would love the opportunity for a second chance in the future. We do value your business and hope you enjoy your new Tacoma.
