This company was scheduled to come out to Choice Home Waranty numerous times and never showed up. I have called them and their voicemail is full I have texted them with no response.It has been cold out when I have an elderly mother that lives with me and I had to buy little space heaters because of it.Initial Complaint

The following is written on my behalf by my sister-in-law:On January 9, 2023 *************************** of All the Above, LLC (aka, All the Above Services, LLC in **********, **) came to my home for a repair. I had used his services once before and thought he was okay.On the January 9th visit, ****************** agreed to deliver a heavy bronze rooster sculpture to *********** where my sister-in-law could retrieve it from him. He said he was going to visit his parents in **** and they lived where she could easily retrieve it. She planned to pay him for the delivery then.However, instead of enabling my SIL to retrieve the sculpture, ****************** kept it. He has since avoided our calls and has not answered two text messages sent by my SIL When he finally answered a phone call from me on Monday January 23rd, he promised to return the sculpture on Wednesday, the 25th. He did not. The police know this now.This is not the kind of behavior the business community should condone and so we hope the BBB will make note of this incident. ****************** promotes his honesty and communication skills online. That has not been our experience. He has proven himself to be anything but honest and we think he is a potential danger to other unsuspecting seniors.This all matters to us especially because the bronze rooster sculpture was created by my late brother in **** and it had been in our family until ****************** got his hands on it. We have a newspaper picture of my brother with the sculpture and can forward pictures of the sculpture too, if needed. We can perhaps also forward the two text messages sent and delivered to ******************. He was paid by check.Initial Complaint

All The Above LLC has contracted with my business NCR LLC in regards to cleaning a property out. Not only did we pay the vendor fully for services ahead of time since he stated the job was complete, he has not returned any of my calls and has not finished the job as I sent my lawn person to do the lawn and stated the place was trashed still inside and horribly outside.
