I purchased a Transmission on 9-27-22. it was delivered on 09-28-22 by ************************************* the transmission was placed in the vehicle on 10/12. per the salesperson ********************* the transmission fluid was clean, it wasn't the fluid that came out was dirty. ********************* also advise to make sure we flush the fluids out of the transmission before the install. he also advised us to use transmission fluid that is approved for ****** we did. On 10/18 the transmission has gone out no gears. I called ********************* to inform him that the transmission is no longer working. ************** started yelling at me over the phone saying that it was working fine when he drove the car. he said that we didn't do something right and that there was nothing he would do to help. he said when I bought the transmission that it would come with a 90day warranty. he also said that I would need to take it to a transmission shop and let them look at it. I have no problem with that but when he said that I would have to pay for the repairs and they would not that is where I have a problem. he refused he also stated that I could bring it to Bham to his shop but he would never provide me with the information. and refused and started yelling that the mechanic didn't know what he was doing, and also, he hated he sold me the transmission. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. less than a week and this transmission has gone out.Business response

Completely false information ************ did not have a certified transmission shop install. Our product is backed with a 90 day warranty when a certified mechanic installs. And the fluid was not dirty in the transmission those type of transmission carry a bluish tint to them not red like he claims it was supposed to look like. So after that commit was made I knew he had put the wrong type of transmission fluid in our transmission which also voids your warranty because that will mess the transmission up. I went a step further and gave him the option to take a picture of the receipt were he bought the fluid from ***** and could not provide me with that information. Our 07 Accord 3.0,v6 transmission only had 83k on the mileage and was tested and working properly before ************ got his hands on it. If u read his complaint he stated that he would take it to a transmission to get checked but that was supposed to be who installed in the first place. ************ is a liar and I really wished he would have never found my business online. When I asked my delivery driver that drove 2 hours to ******** to drop off the transmission off free of any delivery charge to ************ stated he was putting our transmission in another type of vehicle other than **** Accord V-6,3.0 which are the only 2 years that the transmission will work in. Which none of this was ever mentioned to me or I would have never sold this to him. ************ is a liar and he has 3 strikes on things that we will not carry a warranty. 1.Not a certified mechanic,2.used wrong transmission fluid,3 put transmission in a car that it is not compatible with. On my ticket it clearly states that if u do not use a certified mechanic there will be no warranty and ************ assured he would take it to a good shop and he did not. But he should have never tried to put my transmission in something it was not supposed to go in my driver could not remember exactly what kind of vehicle he said he putting or I would give that info also. Again I can not state this enough he is a liar and ************ did not do any of the things that were agreed upon before purchasing transmission believe me I have better things to do than deal with crooks like ************.Customer response
