      I signed a contract with this company June *** 2022. Salesman was Jefferson ******* Numerous calls made to company to see when they would be installing our shower enclosure. Finally showed up September *** 2022. Area was not measured correctly by saleman so husband had to build 2x4 wall for them to install. Workers worked all day and installed wall panels, ceiling and floor panels and hardware. The glass doors were broken so they never brought the doors. Cannot get in touch with this company to get estimated date for the doors to be installed. Shower looks shoddy. Panels are supposed to be installed where no grout is needed. Big areas that will have to be caulked and still no doors. Paid $3,450 date of contract and owe them $10,000 more. Doors can be bought for $596.34 locally and then we will have to have someone come in and waterseal this unit. Was told by salesman our new shower would be installed in 4-6 weeks. It's now been over 4 months. We would like to cancel the contract, buy doors ourself and get watertight seal by someone locally. This shower is not even worth the $3,450 we've already paid.

Ultimate Bath Solutions did complete the work on our shower installation and the job finally looks satisfactory. However, the time involved, the mess the first workers made of the shower and the labor involved with us having to rebuild the enclosure when the walls were to be installed was not satisfactory. The company only answered our messages left on their phone 3 times over the almost five months involed. No one followed up on the order. The first workers involved apparently stated they did the rebuild of the enclosure but that was not true. We did that. Very shoddy looking shower when they left grout everywhere and seams not sealed and no door at all as it was broken when they brought it. Last worker did a good job. Office employee is short and unpleasant. We will never ever allow anyone from Ultimate Bath Solutions (now see they are going by Ultimate Gutter Guard of Birmingham) in our home for any work. Beware of this company.

      Manifacturer defects on Window Lock. Called all management and promised to repair replace. Its been 3 months. No repairs call backs, nothing. Thinking of small claims court to settle.

      There are two windows covered by warranty that need to be replaced. This was reported in March 2021. My husband ******* ******* was told on several occasions that the windows had been ordered. Each subsequent call each representative would state they were in the marketing dept and could not see any updates. They would take his information for a call back that would never take place. A couple of months later a mgr. would contact ******* asking had the windows been replaced. ******* replied no. The mgr. went on to say the information in the system was wrong and that windows were being ordered and sent to the wrong location, but he would take care of it. Later, an installer would contact ******* stating he would have to come out, but never did. ******* would then speak to the installer last month by calling his number. The installer stated the manufacturer of the particular windows in our home was no longer in **********. I contacted The Ultimate Gutter Guard today ******** and spoke to Paris who stated she was in the Marketing Dept. Paris stated that she was unable to see any updates, because she was in Marketing and was forwarding an email to the service mgr. for a call back in the morning. I asked the name of the service mgr. Paris stated Lauren was the service mgr. Paris then stated she was forwarding the email to both service managers. I asked for the names again to which Paris stated Lauren and Brenda. She confirmed my call back number.

      Approximately 6 years we had the Ultimate Gutter Guard system installed. We paid around $4600.00. They were more expensive than traditional gutters but we wanted the best. Fast forward to August, 2021, we sustained damage to our roof which required a new roof and gutters. It was discovered that the soffit and fascia boards were rotten. Both the roofing and gutter companies said it was due to improperly installed gutters. I made contact with Southern and emailed pictures of the damage. I never heard from them. I emailed and called over a two week period. I then told the gutter people to complete the work. Today is January ** 2022 and they currently replacing the front soffit and fascia boards.

      I gave ultimate gutter guard a deposit of $****.** on *-**-** for installation of a ******* walk in tub. The completed project totaled $*****.**. I was told it might be 12 weeks before installation would begin. It's been more than 12 weeks. I have tried to call someone from this company to discuss the situation but they will not return my calls. I no longer want the tub or not installed by this company. When you can't get anyone to talk with you about a project you lose confidence in them and worry if they are legitimate. I was told they are the representative company for *******. I'm going to check on that and file a complaint with them.

      Ultimate gutter guard completed an installation on my home in 2013. We have had a lot of rain recently in Birmingham. Three weeks ago I contacted ultimate gutter guard to report that the gutter guard installation is currently separating from the home, noticed during a heavy rainfall on a Saturday during the week of September 20. Contacted ultimate gutter guard, the representative filed a trouble ticket. I haven't heard from anyone since. Constantly called, can't get anyone to return calls or come out to look at the gutters.

      ******* repaired a nd replace fuscia wood and cover with vinyl. Replace Gutters. cost $21212. complaint: Water running down over gutters thus ruining foundation on three sides of the house. I have been calling for years getting delays with associated covid, This could be fixed if the company would come and do the work.
