Ordered Necklace from the company as of March 2nd, 2024. It has now been two months now and still have yet to receive anything, let alone a follow up on my order. I have reached out to all of networks of the business customer support team, nobody has ever reached out to me. I received an automated email message as of April 6th, 2024 with a generalized statement regarding orders processing timeframe and that was it. This is very unprofessional of the business as there is a major look on this business to be a huge SCAM. After doing further research this business is known for taking folks hard earned money. If you are not an Instagram Influencer of any sort, dont plan on making plans to receive anything! This business just plain old *****. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.Initial Complaint

Ordered a couple of items on 4/14/23 order#***** and was informed that my items would be delivered within 6 weeks. It is 6/16/23 and I have yet to receive my items. I sent an email to the company on 6/12/23 and was informed my items would be mailed out that week...still received NOTHING. Sent a follow up email and was informed that my items would be shipped out and was offered 40% off another order.I would not order another item from this company and at this rate I am going to dispute it with my financial institiution as I have not received my items and it's been 9 weeks.Initial Complaint

I purchased a necklace awhile back from this terrible company. I sent Multiple emails to them and reached out many times on Instagram. My necklace was very poor quality and tarnished within a week of just wearing it 1 time! I spent *** bucks on this cheap crap to just have to throw it away. I sent Pictures to their ig of it just to be BLOCKED AND IGNORED. No resolution and no care for their customers. Quick to take your money though!Initial Complaint

I purchased a necklace from the on 10/28/2021 The shipping was supposed to be up to 6 weeks. I didn't get the necklace u til 12/27. Then when I did get the custom necklace it was what I order. I order a Cuban like chain they gave me a tennis chain. I asked for my $400 back and they said they would replace it. I was told after a month of sending the complaint that it would be mailed out the beginning of this week and I have t received any notifications.Initial Complaint

I order a necklace for my daughter for "Her fashion muse" not only did the product arrived defected (broken clasp) the necklace cause my daughter an allergic reaction around her neck. I reach out multiple times, the company claim no refunds plus no resolution was offered but replaced the clasp.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/11/30) */ ***Document Attached*** On September 15th, the client ***** ******* reached out to inform us that the product received presented an issue, claiming that the clasp of the necklace didn't fully close. Our customer service responded immediately to request evidence of this, when the client replied with a confirmation picture, our customer service sent a return label requesting the client, *****, to ship back the product to have the clasp replaced, however, the client replied indicating she would rather have the necklace repaired at a local store. Additionally, our products aren't shipped damaged, in this case, it must have become damaged during transit. Later, on October 11th, the client reached out again claiming that the materials used for the jewelry were defective, and our customer service immediately explained the metals used for the production of the jewelry sold by Her Fashion Muse are under the description of each product. By purchasing with us, the client agreed to all the product details indicated on our website, including the materials used. Then, on November 2nd, the client reached out again about her necklace. Again, our Customer service replied immediately and assisted her by issuing a full refund on her order which was processed on November 5th. In each interaction with the client, ***** *******, our customer service assisted her in every way possible. Her Fashion Muse is not at fault and yet, we issued a full refund to the client for the inconvenience when the product is still in the client's possession. Please see attached: - One screenshot of the email conversation with the client, where we suggested returning the necklace to replace the clasp. However, she declined. - Another screenshot taken from our website, detailing the material used for the product "Diamond Cut Double Plated Custom Name Necklace" is not solid gold, but 18K Gold Electroplating.
