Initially I was pleased by the professionalism the owner conveyed in his sales speech convincing me to purchase more options than I requested and convinced me that he had insurance to cover any issues. Two young gentlemen began working 3/13/24 while I was out. When I returned, I glanced out of the window. I was shocked to see one guy pressure washing dirt into and under my gazebo rug. He walked away after he finished. I opened the shutter, which he noticed, seemed startled and quickly returned, moving out the furniture and rug. He also pressure washed nearly all of the hard sand out between all of the pavers which cover the entire pool deck and within three weeks, weeds were growing and Ive been paying people weekly to keep them under control until the permanent fix of $3k+ repair is completed. The owner said, do it myself. He also said he doesnt have the money to do it so he wont. So, its on me. ??? What happened to his insurance? The employee also pressure washed chunks out of my outdoor chimney. The owner said it wasnt their fault but I provided photos & other contractors who work in the same location will testify that his employee damaged it. The owner admitted we were correct, offered to repair it, however, he only painted over it and left the damaged part open to rot. He said he felt like he went above to help. My roofer with 22 years experience arrived to fix roof damage, was shocked by what he observed, expressed his concern to me about the solution of the roof as well as the debris and the full gutters. The owner got into an argument with him, insulting him in a derogatory manner, and repeatedly said he should never have said anything to me bc the job was already finished. That doesnt make sense unless youre trying to hide something. The guys were mad at the owner for not listing the gutters on the work order. They slopped the debris down the windows they had cleaned. I cant believe he put me in the middle of this. Its been horrible!
