**** and his crew always do quality work on my house, which has needed extensive repairs the past few years. First he replaced the roof and fixed parts where two trees had fallen on it. **** did all the carpentry himself and did an excellent job. Recently I had him replace a closet on my addition that had been poorly constructed. His workers replaced the drywall and cleaned and painted the area to perfection. I can always rely on this company to do a good job, and address any areas of concern I have. I highly recommend them.************Review from John S

****** replaced *******, chimney cap, and gutters on my home and the roof on my boat house. My insurance company was difficult starting off with an offer that would not cover a third of the damages. ****** spent many hours negotiating with my insurance company and their inspectors and provided hundreds of pictures to the so-called virtual adjusters and after several months had everything approved for replacement. His team did an excellent job on the items they replaced and cleaning up after themselves. I am 100% pleased and would recommend Magnum to anyone who needs professional work from someone who wants to please his customers and does excellent work. Thanks ******!!Review from Ron B

The owner, ******, was always informative about the work to be done and answered all my questions and requests in a timely manner. ****** helped me with the insurance procedures, and helped make the whole job very easy. The workers did an excellent job; they worked very efficiently, and they cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would definitely recommend Magnum for roofing jobs.Magnum Construction, LLC Response

I had hail damage to my roof a couple of years ago. *********************** with Magnum Construction came out to look at my roof. It was worse than I thought. He got up on my steep roof and took maybe 40 or 50 pictures of the damage. I contacted my insurance company and he uploaded the pictures to my insurance adjuster. 3 days later I had a check in the mail and Magnum stated work right away. This company is very professional!****** made the whole process go so very smooth. I had water leaking in my house after the hail damage and he sent a couple of his employees out to temporarily fix the leaks!Thank you Magnum Construction!Super Company!!!Magnum Construction, LLC Response

I had Magnum Construction replace my roof. I recommend them for the following reasons.
(1) The inspection prior to giving me an estimate was thorough. The Project Manger, Paul A******, looked in the attic as well as going up on the roof. The estimate was provided via email in a very timely manner.
(2) The company was good about communicating with me. Paul A****** responded in a timely manner whenever I had a question or concern. I was notified when supplies were to be delivered, workers were to be present or an inspection was to be made. There was no problem getting everything in writing via email.
(3) The workers cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day.
