I bought a 2019 **** F150 from this dealership and literally as I left the lot, it started smoking a little and had a bad smell from the tailpipe. I figured it could possibly be from sitting so long, so I drove it home which is a little over an hour away. The next morning, it started smoking worse and smelled toxic. I called them that day and they told me to bring it back, so the next day I did. They had it for several days and told me "**** techs" came to inspect it and told me what was wrong and gave me the option to trade the truck back in by them paying my truck off completely and getting another truck from them. They promised it would take less than a week but more than 2 weeks went by. They told me I could choose from any of their lots, so I picked out a truck out and they said they would cut me a deal on it since it had to be what I paid for the current truck. They told me to drive up there again, just to try and UP SELL ME!!! A total waste of time for my family and I! I demanded they take the truck back and they talked me into just letting them fix the truck, no matter what it needed. when I finally got my truck back, only the extreme smoking was fixed. The truck runs rough and tries to die out and still smells horribly! This is DANGEROUS for my children!!! I have recorded EVERY conversation i've had with these people and they have been so rude and insulting. They are refusing to buy the truck back. I want my money back and walk away from this nightmare. They have lied to me back to back and I have recorded proof of this as well. My truck came back with trash inside of it, AN OIL LEAK which was not there when I bought it, and electronics disconnected from under the dash where the brake pedal is!!!! I have picture and video proof of everything. This truck has a DANGEROUS CARBON MONOXIDE smell, which is unacceptable.
