They charged me 2 times last month for the monthly service (credit card), I called to complain about it and to cancel the service and they told me that would cancel immediately. This month in my credit card, I did not get the credit from last month, and they charge me 3 times. $70 x 4 = $280.00. I need a check or a credit asap because I have to pay the credit card.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/03/25) */ Case# ******** ******* ************* ******* had a membership on 2 vehicles both were terminated when ******* called. I think the problem is ******* did not cancel the membership until after they got their credit card bill in and then tried to cancel and the charge had already gone through. If they can show proof that they were charged that many times then I will be glad to refund them back the money. This is also the first email we have gotten from the BBB, so we had no idea about this case. ******* ***** Owner
