I was introduced to Nick Green, owner of 3G Construction, by a mutual friend. From the very beginning Nick was extremely unorganized, but I overlooked it giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was just very busy. He also was extremely unprofessional hitting on me or making comments every time my spouse wasn’t around making me uncomfortable. He was extremely hard to get in touch with and he couldn’t answer hardly any questions. Many things had gone wrong during the building process, but I was feed up with dealing with him that I ignored it hoping to close and move in. I was told that he would be making a sweep through the house for one last look and for touch ups but once we moved in it was apparent that he did not. Many things needed to be looked at such as door locks. I had to reached out to Nick via phone calls and texts to request someone to fix things around the house. After numerous conversations, he FINALLY sent someone however the worker knew nothing about some of the items and didn’t fix anything. My follow up calls and texts were not returned therefore my spouse fixed all the issues. When I thought we were finally in the clear of dealing with him, the water department called to let me know Nick did not follow protocol. He did not go through the proper channels to put my driveway in therefore they had to tear up my driveway to place a pipe. Luckily, I was still in my 1 year warranty and had to be paid for by the builder. Nick assured me via phone calls and texts that he would make it right and have my driveway repaired. Months later, the driveway still wasn’t repaired and after no response from Nick I decided to get a lawyer. During the 5 months it took to have my driveway repaired, Nick was absolutely nasty and unprofessional telling me he would not fix my driveway and hung up on me. I wrote all this to warn you of the unprofessional and unorganized contractor that he is and to hopefully save someone else some heartache that we have went through.
