I used this company for services for several years and then switched to ***** ******* and Air in January of 2019. I then asked ****** (the owner of Singletons) in April 2019 to discontinue my services. He said that he would, then I was charged the following month, I called again the next month and he said he would discontinue the draft. Again, I continued to have the draft taken from my bank. I continued to try to call ****** with him not answering my calls and not returning phone calls when I left messages. I have tried to also have it stopped by my bank, they were able to refuse it for a month or two but then it starts back. I would be forced to close my account and start a new one, which I do not want to do as I have had this account for close to 30 years. I hope that you all can help me have this matter resolved. It is only $*****/month but it adds up over time and it is not something I use or choose to use any longer. I have tied to handle it with ****** but that is not working. Thank you!Initial Complaint

I called to cancel my monthly service in November of 2021 due to selling my house that the contract was connected to. I was told over the phone that everything was taken care of. It is now April and my credit card is still be charged monthly. I've called repeatedly and been told repeatedly that everything has been taken care of only to discover another charge the following month. I would like to be refunded the $***** I have been charged over the last six months and for my credit to stop being charged.Business response

This is ****** with Singletons General Heating and Air. Wanted to email back regarding ***** ****** complaint. This was an ach draft that was cancelled by our company back in October,but for some reason the bank must have not stop taken payment. We have sent a reimbursement check to ***** and we sincerely apologize that this happened. ThanksCustomer response
