On July 6, 2024 I purchased for $1 some information on my home. I also cancelled this after getting the said information. On today August 4, 2024 I receive a pending charge to my account for a total of $30. I did not authorize this transaction nor do I know why I am being charged when I knowing canceled this. This fraudulent charge is a major scam, false advertisement and theft. I want my monies returned to my account asap because I never authorized the transaction, nor will I ever use this company again. I will make sure my family and friends know not to use them because they advertise one thing and they do what they want.Review from BA S

SCAM! I was looking for a report on the plot/ property lines of my property so ordered the report for $1. I got email with supposed report. there was nothing. it kept taking me back to the payment site. two or three days later, my card was charged $30. I went back in to see if I could get contact information from the emails I sent and they were gone. they were no longer in my email box. Definitely scam. I called my bank and had charges disputed as well as card replaced.Review from Barry B

This is a deceptive service at best. I did a search for the county website and was directed to this site. They set up a monthly charge that I did not intentionally authorize. When I called customer service the first statement was "Would you like to close your account?", not "Hello", or "My name is ...", or "May I help you". They know they are a scam but keep milking it. They did close the account but still took two months of payment without reimbursing and all the information is available on public government websites. Avoid.

I'm being charged for this service every month that I didn't sign up for and they claim to not be able to find my account unless I give them the last 8 digits of my debit card. This company is a scam!! I will be contacting my bank to start the investigation immediately.Destiny Reports LLC Response

This company is a scam! Initially charged me for $28.95 which was eventually removed from my account. Then more recently charged $9.95 to my account which is being handled by my banks fraud department. Never heard of these guys.Destiny Reports LLC Response

I have no idea how I was signed up for this. It took me 3 months before I realized the charge. This company is a scam. I stopped it as soon as I realized the charges. None were credited back to me.Destiny Reports LLC Response

I too, like many other on this thread, purchased one report and was immediately charged for a year, $29.94. Fortunately, I had used my debit card and blocked the charge. I had to block the whole account with my bank - new card, new account number and being without debit card for several days. But it ********* me something!!!Destiny Reports LLC Response

************ is a scam, do not fall for this service. I did not complete the final steps the receive the report because I had an uneasy feeling about the service. I was charged the full monthly fee as well as the supposed $1 for first report. They make it very hard to contact them to cancel. If you have issues, put all request in writing, your CC company will not assist without your cancelation request is in writing. Just know, I was charged and did not complete the full process.
