I ordered customs jewelry to be made out of my breastmilk from my last baby. I sent in my milk and she emailed me that she received it. Great, after a period of time I got worried and wanted to check in with her with no response. I tried calling, emailing, Facebook message and her website messaging. No response what do ever. Now I am worried I was scammed. My sister in law who also ordered from her got a response and told her to email me back. She did and said my jewelry would be sent early last week. She didn't send me a email saying it shipped all week last week so I emailed again early this morning with yet again no response at all. These were not cheap and it's the very last of my milk and I'm not having more babies. So it's special to me. She has listed two different addresses in two different states. She will not respond, so I feel like she's not going to actually use my milk for the jewelry, if she actually ever makes them or sends them. I'm so upset with this. She should not have a business making pieces that are dear to customers if she can't have at least a little customer service.Business response

Customers order was delivered to customer on June 6th . I communicated with customer on may 27th to let her know when piece would go out on time as she was right on the turnaround time and on schedule with the turn around time of 12 weeks from when I received inclusions.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this "business" the first of March 2022. My USPS tracker told me she received my milk 03/11/2022. I didn't get ANY response from her until 3/18/2022 saying she just got it. I knew this wasn't true. She only responded to me about this due to me making a complaint with PayPal. Messaged her TWO weeks ago (today is 5/9/2022) to get the status and she tells me she has our orders to the side without order numbers and asked for my order number to see if one was mine. I emailed her THE DAY I sent my milk out with my order number because I forgot to put it on the package. I still haven't heard back from her. So, if she had my milk to the side that means or NINE weeks now she hasn't done anything with my milk and my order isn't even started? I have MULTIPLE emails sent to her without response. I had this ring ordered because I had to have a risk reducing mastectomy and abruptly wean my last baby- I got it to help me cope and I don't even get a response from the person making it. There is so much more value to this ring than she realizes and I'm seriously so upset.Business response

I placed an order on 2/24/22. Order #*****. As shown in photos I'll provide, I ordered from a sale stating that any orders placed before 2/25/22 will arrive before Mother's Day. I ordered this as a Mother's Day gift and now I cannot stay in contact with the business. Several others are having this problem as well and our Facebook comments keep getting deleted, but we do not get a response. After numerous comments, emails and messages, I finally received a very vague response that my ring should ship next week (after Mother's Day). It would not be a big deal if it was a little late, however I'm getting very concerned that this is a scam based on the lack of communication and all of the other complaints this business has received. There are other customers that were told their product would ship next week, and it's been months with no delivery and no response from the business.
