My order was placed in January and I received it today. I received an email one or two days ago that said it was shipped and to a wrong address. I messaged her last night if it could be corrected and just as I thought it was immediately and I received it within one day... cuz it hadn't in fact shipped. When I open the box and it was a lovely set of jewelry just as I ordered but it looks like something from China including the flat post earrings. Disappointed that it may have been my last chance to have my child's breastmilk inclusion earrings for nearly $300. My ring is one size too small. I'm torn as to what to do. I never dreamed I would be looking her up on BBB until I open my package. Wish I had done that from the startReview from Shelby w

I’ve messaged on Facebook, my husband has sent emails, and the chat thing on the website and have yet to get a response… ordered back in march and have yet to hear anything about it other than she received the inclusions…Review from Jessie M

If I could give 0 stars like most others I absolutely would. To make an extremely long story somewhat short this "company" has no sense of communication. Does not get orders out in promised timeline. I finally received my order and it was literally half finished. When she finally actually did reply to my message regarding the issue she said mail it back and it'll be fixed in 2-3 weeks. Of course it was longer than that. I had to stay on top of her with messages as well. The entire process with her was just unacceptable. Honestly still waiting on a reply from her. When it's not an order being placed for her to get money from you she simply doesn't reply. Real awesome way to run a business. Would never in a million years recommend trusting her with your inclusions.Review from Bethany R

I also PAID for my order that was placed on Black Friday 2021 and still have not received any info. This needs to be taken down. It is March 2022 as I am writing this and have not gotten responses from this company. Scam.Review from Amanda S

I've ordered twice before and received great products. A few years go by and I want to order again. I did and received it. Completely wrong size. Took well over a month to get back the "correct" size after I returned it and she sent me the wrong size...again. Said my size chart was incorrect and she went by her own. Didn't offer a partial refund so I made a claim through PayPal and she offered a refund IF I RETURN IT. Why would she want MY breastmilk gem. Disgusting. Also barely any shimmer that I wanted added. DO NOT ORDER. Takes days to get a message back. Also located in FL not AR.
