    We hired Integrity Post Frame, LLC to build a barndominium home for us in April of 2023. They had us making incremental payments based on no specific time frame. They framed our structure in April, poured the slab in May, and did not put a roof on our frame until July 6th after we complained. Our wood was gray and warped at this point. All measurements are off. The roof wasn't even complete because they ran out of materials and no one came to finish it until I had already fired them. They did not have a builders permit in Louisiana and they did not obtain any of the proper permits. They would not provide a blue print of the home because they "don't use them". They would not provide a slab engineering report. We have no drawings or test results on our plumbing rough in. We overpaid them well over $50,000 before having to fire them. They said they would repay us the overage, but then told us that all of their funds (which includes our money) is budgeted to other projects for the foreseeable future. In other words, they've spent our money on someone else. The framing is ridiculously sloppy. And the only parts that even look right are the parts they hired out.

    I ordered an 18X41X10 building from this company, on February 1, 2021. I was told that it would take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. About the middle of March, I was called and told that the person that filled out the paperwork, had failed to do it correctly AND the mistake would cost me another $750.00... I was also informed hat, she SHOULD have said 10 to 12 weeks. And I said that another week or two, wouldn't really make that much difference. On June 8th, 2021, or 18.2 weeks later, I called the company and simply asked if it would be possible for me to convert this contract over to a payment plan, like I had been told I could, and the person I spoke with said that it would have to be 'approved' by 3 managers, but she could not guarantee I could do it. So, I asked her when I could get my building, and she said 16 to 18 weeks, maybe... I started trying to find out why. She copped an attitude with me, and I said that I just wanted to cancel the order and get my deposit back, if THAT would be possible. She said that we could do that... The next day, she calls me back, and told me that IF I canceled the order, my deposit would not be refunded, since I only made a deposit, and she just wanted to make sure I actually DID want to cancel.AND, it would be 16 to 18 weeks MORE before I could expect to get my building. But, I needed to speak to 'scheduling" to confirm that number. So, after spending about 20 minutes explaining that I simply did not have nearly a thousand dollars to just give away, and to NOT cancel the order, but instead give me my building, she put me thru to scheduling. The person in scheduling said that she was mistaken, it would actually be 18 to 20 weeks... This is AFTER having already being 18.2 weeks in to a 10 to 12 week wait. When I told scheduling that, that was unacceptable, he said I needed to speak to someone named Erik, whom was either the GM OR district manager, nobody really seemed to know which he was... He was out for a funeral, but would return my call when he returned. I made a rather scathing post on social media, that seemed to have made Erik angry. When I called back 2 or 3 weeks later, and spoke to Erik, he was full of excuses (none of which was very plausible or acceptable) but never actually tried to resolve the problem. Instead, he wanted to explain to me how horrible customers are. Then, he wanted to address my social media post, and he said, and I quote, "If you will take that post down, I will have your building on your property, tomorrow morning". Which just confirmed for me that, there was no reason for me not having my building... 34.2 weeks in to a 10 to 12 week wait, my building is delivered. I already had a concrete slab waiting. AN 18X41 slab. I was at work when it was assembled, but was glad that it was at least over, no matter how angry I was over the (unnecessary) wait, at least my building was here and up!!! But, when I came home from work, my wife said, "The crew leader said he was a bit concerned about water leaking under the front of the building, where the concrete is sticking out from under the building. He didn't really understand why the slab was bigger than the building. After measuring the slab, I determined that it was, in fact 18'X41' AND after having measured the building, I determined that the building was, in fact, 18'X40'. I have not had, and will not have any further contact with these people, for various different reasons, but I want many people as I can, to know about MY experience, and how rudely and dismissive, I was treated, and how my experience was. I will never do any more business with them, and will not refer anyone to them, ever... Buyer beware!
