I contacted ********* Kinnaman of Kinnaman's Handyman Services on December 7th 2001 and requested a quote to replace part in my bathroom shower. To make sure he got the correct part I sent him a picture of the part that I needed to be replaced. He sent me a couple of pics of the part that I would need along with the price for the part. He told me I would need a part that replaced the entire shower which was about $45 he sent me a picture of what he was ordering from Home Depot and the very next day he sent me a text and states they do not have the part in stock and that the part they do have is about $60 and he wanted me to cash app him $60. I agreed. He shows up to me home and immediately there were red flags, First his van had no logo for his business, 2nd his clothes were extremely dirty even though i was his first stop and 3rd- he had no tools on him. i did not feel comfortable being in the home along with him so i stood outside the entire time. I came back in only for him to tell me that i was going to need another part the part i needed did not come with the box, may question to that is why did you purchase a part not knowing what part came included in the box. He than sends me a text wanting me to cash app him even more money at that point too many red flags and i said no thank you. How do i get my money back. He said it would take 5-7 days for the refund to appear back on his card and as soon as it does he would fully refund me. He lied. I waited over 10 days and to this date he has not refunded me back. I have text messages from him to back up my word. This guy is a con artist and does not need to be allowed to do business in Arkansas as he is running a scam people need to be made aware of the scam he is running.
