Backyard hardscape project beginning on April 27, 2022 was quoted by Brandon L'Hommedieu of Willow Creek Landscapes as requiring six working days to complete. After over four months, it is still incomplete. All materials were paid-for up-front, but some of the materials never made it on-site. We will have to hire another contractor to complete the project. Communication was intermittent and usually required prompting by us (the customer). The commitments made by Willow Creek Landscapes in those communications rarely played-out as written. Lots of excuses and delays. We wasted a lot of time documenting issues and trying to get responses. We do not recommend hiring this company. We should have researched the company before entering into a contract.Review from Jaci Y

Horrible person, promises to do jobs he knows he cannot. Does not pay his employees. He is a con artist. Do not trust anything he says.Review from Michael M

Scammed us out of 13,000. Brandon told us he would give all of our money back and admitted he failed the project, all of this was in texts. We literally have nothing but four loads of dirt for 13,000. He even left rented equipment in our yard. I called the rental company since Brandon never came back for it. The rental company was three days away from calling the police for stolen property. Apparently, Brandon rented it and said he'd be back that week to pay for the trencher, but never showed up. They said they could no longer get ahold of him.
