            Saline Disposal was paid thru the end of June, but no pick ups the entire month of June- they had employee issues, equipment issues....which I know happens. We eventually had to stop the service and hire another company to take our account What's crazy is they sent me a bill for $30 because I cancelled the service. I was polite, and addressed the issue, but still kept getting the bill for cancellation. Seems to me I was owed a months worth of pick up - which never happened, so they breached the terms of the service. To top it off, we spoke to them a few times about prorating our account because we paid for an entire quarter of service, and they only delivered 2months. They had the audacity to threaten us with collections on the $30 if we didn't pay, and I never got an answer on pro-rating the account. I was respectful and simply asked to be treated fairly....I've never heard back from them.

            Trash pick-up is set for Wednesday in my neighborhood. Everyone that uses Saline Disposal was picked up except mine. My bill is up to date and my can was on the curb. I have it on video your truck stopping in front of my house at 9:05am 11/29/23. Your employee got off the truck proceeded to dump my neighbors can across the street and not touch mine. It's still there this morning. I call you phone number, no answer. I have been calling since afternoon 11/29/23. Left at least 5 messages. Reliability seems to be a problem for your company.

            We are sorry this happened. We did return her call 9:46 and no answer, we then called again and she called back at the same time. She did say that she does not have a voice mail. We asked her to please send the video so we could show the driver and address what happened. We are sending someone for the garbage. Once again we apologize for the driver missing and that we could not send someone immediately.
