This Sams club at 12000 McCree Rd, Dallas, Texas 75238 frequently posts a price lower than when you check out. I think they know most of the customer base is not very educated and Sams can easily cheat them. Today I purchased 14 items and 4 of them rang up a higher price than marked. Sure you can go to customer service and wait and they will send someone all around the store and refund the amount they screwed you on. Today I was so angry that I just got my money back and told every employee who would listen about the problem. Will they correct these problems? NO...Review from Michael B

Sam’s club renewed my membership with my debit card without asking or notifying me. The last time I renewed was by check in the club. I called asked about it they do not send out emails or reg mail they just renew it without permission. Overdrew my account refused to jus terminate the transaction like any other purchase would have been back in my account same day. We will not be back they offered nothing for causing this problem except apologySam's Club Response

Sam's Club is not worth it anymore when it comes to their prices. I regularly find prices cheaper at Walmart and you don't have to buy in such a large quantity. The exit door check is way too slow! Please fix the froyo machine because it's out of order too often! I love Scan 'n' Go ?? Really like the gas pump area renovations ?? Maybe some renovations can be done to check-out/café area... it's way too crowded.Review from Rachel C

PLEASE BE ADVISED SAMS CLUB WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND KEEP YOUR BATTERY FROM YOU AGAINST YOUR WILL. They will force you to pay $150 to get it back and get the membership. This is wrong and there taking advantage of everyone on this. I went to the one on south orange blossom trail, Orlando Florida 32837 my stepdad and mom’s membership expired and we can’t afford it to reinstate it. I was told by Sam’s club employees that to leave my battery there for them to check it and if possible charge it because in less that 5 months it died out of nowhere. I paid a lot of money for it and added warranty for it through them. Then come back to them charging me in order to get it back. How is that? Then telling me by force that I have to pay $150 to get it back or pay for the membership $50 just so they can return my battery to me. They need to be fined or investigated for this matter.Sam's Club Response

I’ve been a customer for 10+ years but unfortunately I will not be renewing my membership this time. I’ve never had a worse year dealing with Sam’s Club! I’ve experienced everything from rotten deliveries, rude and disrespectful delivery drivers, orders delivered to the wrong house, missing items, expired items, and store discrepancies. I’ve documented and took screenshots of everything event. I’m so disappointed but my pride won’t allow me to continue a relationship with Sam’s Club after everything this past year. Sams Club in Greensboro, NC had their register lock-up during check-out. They rang me up at another for the same items! They claim the first transaction did not go through, but I checked my U-card portal, and it clearly shows 2 payments to Sams club within minutes. That used up my flex allowance and they will not do anything about it! I'm very dis-appointed with Sams Club!!I showed the manager the Transaction on my acct, but they still deny it. After 40 plus years, I think that I will cut Walmart and Sams loose!Sam's Club Response

If I could give minus stars I would. I have been on the phone between Sam's club customer service and my bank for 2HOURS!!! Between 3 different associates the 2nd one dug through a bunch of information and was verifying information and even said that she found the pending transaction. Supposedly the system glitched and hung up the call because when I called back the next associate and even the supervisor said well the previous girl must have been mistaken because they couldn't find anything. All of this AFTER I already called last week for a refund because I didn't want to renew my membership. So the day after the fee was refunded I was charged AGAIN! Unauthorized charges that they can't explain why I was charged again because they have no record of it. Seems awful strange.Review from Glenn G

My son purchased a membership with Sam's Club in 05/2023 in order to purchase tires for his vehicle. My wife and I went over to Sam's Club recently and used my son's membership card. The issue I have is that the membership expired on the 17th of May and was on an automatic renewal, which my son was not aware of. Since his credit cards are maxed out Sam's Club used my credit card to renew the membership which I feel is a total scam. I do not belong to Sam's Club nor do I want to belong to Sam's Club and they have no right to charge my son's membership to me without my authorization. After a lot of aggravation on the phone with Sam's Club they are sending me a refund but it is going to take 7 to 10 days to process the refund!!! This is not a good business practice and feel someone needs to look into this immediately. What would of happened if someone outside the family used his membership and they were charged for the automatic renewal? You do not charge someone's credit card or save an individual's credit card without their knowledge.Review from Karen M

I placed a delivery order on May 19th. I was expecting the order on May 22nd per the app. I called and the automatic system said it was delivered. I spoke with customer service and they said that only the shipping label was made and when the label is created, the item is not shipped. The app said it would be delivered on May 22nd and then I was advised to look on the tracking info page and it said May 24th then it said the 23rd. The date changed while I was on the phone with customer service. The representative was not sure when it will be delivered. Spoke with a supervisor and I was advised to go on the tracking info page and click on the carrier page that takes you to FedEx site and that was the true shipping information. They compensated me $10 off my order but they need to update their systems to give you the fedex information. This is my first time ordering an item from their website.Review from Tomasita E

On 3/30/24 we purchased 2 Gazebo’s and wanted assembly but in order to add on assembly we had to purchase the items online, so we did. Gazebo#1: $1,499.00 Assembly#1: $800.00 Gazebo#2: $999.00 Assembly#2: $650.00 Sales Tax: $284.50 Shipping/Delivery: $650.00 Paid in full 4/4/24 Received product. Called to follow up on assembly. Sam’s didn’t have an answer & said they’d call back within 24 hours. They didn’t. Called again days later, same response. 2 weeks pass, still haven’t heard anything. We decided to call one last time & if we didn’t get an answer we’d ask for a refund & assemble it ourselves. 4/16/24, called, customer service agent stated assembly department wasn’t answering her transfer so I asked for a refund for assembly. She said ok and that we would be getting $1,409.78 back in 5-7 business days. Which made no sense because if you calculate assembly it’s actually $1,450, but ok, whatever, I’d like to move on and enjoy our product. 4/17/24 we get notified by our credit card company that Sam’s Club charged our credit card $650.00. I called to ask what the charge was for, they said it was for shipping, again makes no sense because we weren’t getting refunded for shipping, just a lesser amount for assembly. The phone call took over 2 hours and ended up getting passed to a supervisor by the name of ROA. Nothing was resolved, she asked to send documents of proof, which I did. I’ve called multiple times since then and have gotten no where. 5/13/24 So far Sam’s Club has refunded us a total of $781.44. I’ve spent countless hours away from other important tasks and responsibilities reaching out to Sam’s Club by phone and email, sending them what they ask for, yet, have not received any response except that they claim it shows full refund on their end. I’ve sent them my credit card statement showing the actual amount that was received on our end to confirm amount. I even offered to return the items for full refund if that was easier, no returns.
