            Cecilie pinkley construction is builder. i have been trying to reach out to them but all of their listed contacts does not work. their constrcution has some issues for which we need help from them but they are not approachable. can you help us to reach them and get the repairs done

            AWFUL builder. Does not even deserve one star. I’m a Realtor, Paul ******* built a home that I sold to my clients in Bella Vista, Arkansas, not knowing about the terrible reviews he’s had from other buyers and realtors in our area. He installed a heat pump that was never hooked up and wasn’t even useful. Long story short, my clients had a third party heat and air company come out for a service call, they in turn found several issues not only the heat pump not even being hooked up but incorrect duct work. Took pictures and wrote a very detailed report. Paul ******* would not return my calls or my clients for days. When he did call my clients back he laughed at them, yelled constantly saying that no matter what kind of pictures or proof we had showing that the work was not completed as it should have been, he told my clients to shove all the pictures up their a**. Extremely unprofessional in all regards, terrible quality on the build. Will never sell his houses again and will make sure the public is aware as well.
