No Resolution to Problems related to this vehicle that was purchased First 30 days It had been back to their business more than two times and resolved dishes still been bounced around from person to person been told I’m the person that you need to speak with. Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sonata at Crain Hyundai in Bentonville Arkansas . The car was advertised for 28,935.00 but on the Purchase order they wrote the purchase price for 35900.00. I do have a copy of the ad. I have called them and I told them about their mistake but they refuse to change it. I did signed the contract and did not notice till I got home,. I think that they should honor the price they had advertised. The sold this car above the blue book value. How can I get them to adjust the price or do I need to contact a lawyer?

Took my car in for a recall, the third or 4th one at this point, and for a few more bigger issues, ended up spending 550 dollars for something that made it worse. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worst car dealer in NWA I purchased a 2022 Santa Cruz in March it is now June and I still do NOT have the paperwork to tag the vehicle. They say that they are waiting on the state for the title. Fine but no one would even give me that information until I had the DMV call them. That was almost a month ago and still no one has bothered to reach out to me. I called today to talk to them about this and another issue I'll get to in a moment. I spoke to C**** who chuckled when I told him my problem which made me very angry. Yes I raised my voice and he hung up on me. He spoke over me and would not let me even get to the issue of my GAP and extended warranty. When I purchased the vehicle J**** ****** (finance) told me the he would bundle the gap insurance in and he would "eat the cost". I also clearly and vehemently said NO to an extended warranty. I am now paying for both. This raised the price of my vehicle by $5000.00. When I tried to get it taken off all I got was "it will take a few weeks" and nothing else just radio silence. When I call to speak to someone yet again I get the run around excuses and nothing else. Do NOT deal with these people they are the worst and will screw you out of money!
