I bought 2 vehicles from this dealership, about a month later they are asking me to return the vehicles and will not give me my money back. I gave them 2 cashiers checks adding up to $112,484.00 nobody at this location has any idea how to do there job other then finance.Business response

We are not doing anything related to this customer. Both vehicles we never received funding on have been returned. She never brought funds of any sort to the dealership, nor did she produce a receipt for her "Cashier's Check."Initial Complaint

I purchased a used 2015 Mustang from this location on July 14th 2023. I have still yet to receive a title for the vehicle. I have contacted the business in regards to the title, and never receive an answer. In a few of those phone calls, I was hung up on.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2014 Kia Optima on 06/26/2023 from Crain Kia in Bentonville, AR. I paid for the car in full (No Financing) on this date and was told that I would be able to pick the title up in about 3 weeks from the Bentonville location. It has now been 60 days, and I still have no title; my temporary tags are permanently expired, and I've received little to no help from the team at Crain Kia.Initial Complaint

Wife and I purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride on July 22, 2023 from Crain Kia of Bentonville. We completed all the paperwork on the date of purchase and completed the transaction on July 28, 2023 with turning over the title to our 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Crain Kia has all the agreed funds and the old title and car. We are still waiting on the paperwork to license and title the new car in Missouri. As of today, I will have to pay a late penalty to title the car in Missouri. I have attempted to call sales manager. Receptionist took a message and advised she would give him the message. I feel this is unacceptable business practice! In Missouri, when purchasing a vehicle, you have all the paperwork when you take possession of the vehicle. I feel Crain Kia should provide necessary paperwork within 10 days AND be responsible for any late penalties in registering the vehicle.
