            I wanted to get a vehicle under my business name, and I told them I didn’t want my personal credit ran. The salesman gave me a personal application instead of a business application and did a hard pull on my personal credit without permission. Then he told me my personal credit score was my business credit score like I wouldn’t know the difference between a personal and a business credit score. Then when he seen he messed up , he called his manager over, and the manager acted like he did no wrong , and told me he would help me, and told me there was nothing he could do to fix it, knowing he could’ve wrote me a dispute letter to the credit agencies to get that taken off my credit score, and I felt like I wasn’t helped because of my skin, and all I wanted was business vehicles. And a apology .Could the BBB assist me in fixing this issue? Please and Thank you

            I purchased a used 2020 Cherokee Jeep. On my test drive, I had no indication that there was an issue with the engine. I purchased the extended warranty that covers the engine. On the day that I picked up the Jeep, the engine light on the tires indicated it needed attention. I alerted my salesman of the issue. He apologized and my Jeep was taken to the service department. In less than two months my Jeep has been back to the service department over five times and the issue is still unresolved. In any event, I continue to get the run around and excuses of why the service department is unable to figure out the issue with the Jeep. I would recommend purchasing a new vehicle vs a used one. I would also recommend a Toyota or Honda to avoid stress or headaches when it comes to a used to vehicle. Buy extended warranty with used vehicles as a rule of thumb. I will not buy from this dealership again. No one seems interested in wanting to help fix this issue after I put 20k down. Lesson learned from this experience.
