Hi, I ordered something from Hayneedle and returned the item. Instead of reimbursing me, Hayneedle issued a credit. I wanted to place a new order and pay for it with my credit. When I chose the items and went to the website, I was directed to WalMart.com, not Hayneedle. I understand that WalMart may have acquired Hayneedle. I called all the phone numbers that I could find for Hayneedle and all of those phone numbers were disconnected. I called WalMart customer service and they could not find any information relating to the credit or the 10% discount code that Hayneedle provided. The customer service representative said I should contact my local WalMart store and they could not help. I would like to know either how to get my money back or to get help with placing an order and using my credit. I do have some emails from Hayneedle from August 2023 providing information for the discount and credit.

      Thank you for contacting Hayneedle,

I apologize that you are having an issue receiving a credit. Looking through your several orders that were placed I show that your first order placed 11/27/2017 was returned and a refund of $307.70 was issued as instore credit to use within 5 years from when the funds expire. The funds were then used on a  a purchase placed on 08/11/2023, however this order was cancelled as the consumer had a change of mind on the items. The store credit was then active after the order was cancelled. Walmart.com integrated Hayneedle in late  September and removed any access to the site, allowing 30 days to pass to complete the current return window for any purchases within 30 days. Any customers with outstanding Hayneedle instore credits were reimbursed by Walmart via email gift cards in the first week of October of is year. However, I do not show that your email address is present on the list of the customers that received reimbursement email notifications regarding the Walmart gift cards. Instore Credit typically expires after 5 years from it's original creation date. The date this instore credit was created was on 05/27/18 from the order placed in 2017. As this creation date sis over 5 years old, the original instore credit would technically be expired at the time the gift cards were sent out as reimbursement. However, as you did attempt to place a recent order, even though cancelled, it would make sense that the funds could still be active. This may be a way to prevent instore credit from being reactivated several times over again so it never expires. I do notknow. However, I have escalated this issue internally with Walmart.com to see if we have the capactiy to reimburse you for these expired funds. As soon as I have an update regarding this I will email you directly at ******j*******@yahoo.com.

I ordered a bed with this company and they sent me the wrong item! I what I ordered was over $200 and they sent me an accent table worth about $20. Now they are telling me that they can’t fulfill my order and won’t give me a refund until they receive the table that I DID NOT ORDER! I have emailed them several times and can’t get a response from them! I don’t want their table but I need my money back so I can purchase another bed from someone else!
