            5/4/2024 107.54 drafted from my account. A monthly plan was set up in December, but due to medical issues, I had to stop going- my last visit was in February 2024. Due to focusing on my health and issues at hand, I did not recieve any services in March or April, but still paid. On 4/10/24 I stopped by to cancel my contract, and was advised my card would be charged again in May. I sent an email requesting full contract cancellation immediately after leaving the salon on 4/10/24 and provided more information than necessary. I did not hear ANYTHING back until I received a voicemail on 5/4 stating they would offer spray tanning services. This is not something I can or would want to utilize. I requested my card draft be cancelled, and the owner said “I tried to call, I’ll try again Monday” that would have been on 5/6, but no call came & the money was still withdrawn. I would like this amount from May to be refunded. Due to the company collecting enough money with 0 services provided for two months already.

            The Owner Shawn, lies straight to your face while ripping you off. On the phone quotes $36 and then after you get spray tanned and check out he charges you an additional $20 for literally “walking into the building the first time!! That was actually his response regents I questioned the extra $20 I was charged snd never told anything about when I called and asked what the price was for a single session spray tan. Additionally, he lies to you while badmouthing a competitor in town saying they also charge this ridiculous fee- which is blantantly untrue. He’s a fraud and a crook.
