      Jack S - 7/2023 Poorest customer service I have ever had. Estimate given on 4/5/23, tree cut down late May and stump ground finally on 6/27/23. Not once did I received notice there were coming. They just show up. Extremely poor communication all the way around. No electronic communication available and they do not return calls. Very unprofessional.

      We purchased a home in Bella Vista, Arkansas, in December 2021. A large tree had fallen in the backyard while the home was listed for sale. Since we planned to have a fence installed, we needed the tree cut up as it laid across the planned fence line. We called Brown's Tree Care and they agreed to cut the tree into fireplace length logs and they also asked if we wanted the stump ground into sawdust. We paid $760 for cutting the tree and $250 for the stump grinding. Brown's promptly dispatched a crew to cut the tree as agreed to on January 12, 2022. We are pleased with the quality of their work. But they did not grind the stump as contracted (We have a printed contract for review, if necessary). I called Brown's and Karina (sp) was very polite and engaging. She said their grinder was in the repair shop but would be operational soon. I never received a call back re Brown's schedule for grinding so I called several times to inquire. Each time Karina was very nice and made me feel they would honor our agreement. But each time she had a different reason for the delays. She said she had moved us to the top of their list. It has now been over 80 days since they finished part of their written obligation. I still have never received a return call and now my calls and texts are not returned. I ask for any support for the refund of $250 as soon as possible.

      We still have our grinder in the shop because of major part delays..

      The rain here has been really bad and the guys tell me that it is still too wet to grind it, because the stump is down a slope and the grinder (we rented will slide down the hill and tip over). We sent it out last week when we rented the grinder, again too wet. If you would like, we can try to grind tomorrow or next day, if it is dry enough while we still have the rental. I tried to reach out.

      I take exception to the statement from this company that they "have tried to reach out." I have received NO return or other phone calls or texts for several weeks from Browns. The stump is in the exact spot in our yard it was in when Browns offered to grind it. The amount of rain in the area has not been that bad recently. Our fence installer has had no rain delays this past week. My wife was in our home when a Browns truck pulled in earlier this week but no one knocked on the door and the truck was driving away before she realized it was Browns. Since there are no dates in the correspondence I do not know what days are being offered for grinding. Btw, if we have been requesting Browns to fulfill their paid obligation for almost 90 days, why would they feel they need to ask for my approval now? This is unacceptable. I would like a refund of $250 be sent to our mailing address at : Dale Marksberry, 55 Jesse Drive, Byhalia, MS. 38611.

      This company has been very professional! We had a misunderstanding on when the trees were going to removed from the property after they completed thier job so I did send a bad review on this company thinking they weren't going to do what they said. I apologize to this company for my previous review. I had no idea their truck broke down. All the workers were professional, they did a great job and left everything clean. I highly recommend this company for tree removal. Thank you!

      When contacting this company they don't answer the phone. If you leave a message they will only return your call when you need service. They came to the house and trimmed the trees that where discussed. They said they will be back on a different day to pick up tree branches because they were running behind. They charged me for removal but didn't remove from property. Its been almost 2 weeks, they are not returning my phone calls. They didn't do what was agreed on. Buyer be aware. Dont pay until job is complete.

      We had 2 huge maple trees we had to have removed Browns tree service did an excellent job of removing them the guys were all very nice and kept me informed of everything that was going on and when they were done they cleaned everything up they were amazing!

      Brown stayed in communication with me until the job was completed. Karina was very cooperative and understanding my needs. They brought the right size equipment and cleaned area before they left. I strongly recommend Browns Tree Service.
