Took our Jet Skis in for a recall on the sound system in July 2023. Resulted in them running into the wall and damaging one of the jet skis and our trailer. Took them home after they were damaged due to them not having the parts to fix. Sept. 6, 2023 took them back down to be fixed. Sept. 16, 2023 picked back up because they did not have the corrects parts. December 6th, 2023 finally took them back down since all the parts came in. December 27, 2023 called to check in on them, still no response from them. January 17, 2024 picked up the jet skis that they stored outside in the open snow resulting water filling up underneath. They did not fix our trailer that they damaged. May 2024 tried everything to get them running on the water. Took them back and was told they would be ready within a week. After many calls and attempts to get answers, I went down a week later to pick them up. They looked at them while was I was driving down and told me they started. But after I paid for service that I should of not been charged I asked them to start it. And of course did not start. The day I dropped them off I talked to Hement the owner. Took many attempts to get an employee to send him out to talk. He blamed the issue of the seat leaking water, and nothing could be their fault there. He proceeded to walk away and left the conversation. He doesn't remember them running into the wall. The seat doesn't leak, he just needed an excuse. We have always garage kept our jet skis and have taken very good care of them. Neither jet has ever had any issues until after they took the one apart. I was told nothing was their fault and we were charged for having someone look at them. We were told if we want them to take it apart and the engine, it would be between July and Labor Day. We had ZERO issues with any of the staff besides the owners. I feel bad for all the new staff because they are having to put out all the fires while the owners hide and don't take responsibility for anything.Review from Clinton H

Purchased a new boat over a month ago and still unable to register it due to the dealership not yet providing the MSO. When purchasing the boat i traded in my 2022 Harley Davidson. Trade was completed over 2 weeks before the next payment was due on the bike yet payment was late resulting in a past due on that account. Have sent texts and made calls and gotten no resolution. They did a 24 month service on a 4wheeler I bought new from them. Unloaded it smelled like a Clutch burning up, parked it called them they charged me 1138.28 for a mistake I feel they made. the 24 month service..in hours was 377..out was 377.They put zero on in hours for there costly repairs but the after hours are still 377.Review from John L

Purchased a new Turbo R 5 months ago. They were to provide ride command and have not done what they said. They will not call me or pay me back for parts missing or send me the parts promised. Will be filing a complaint asap. Make sure you get what’s promised you. Be careful dealing with these people.Review from Sheryl W

In the last year I've purchased 2 motorbikes from Jonesboro Cycle & ATV. My first experience was a smooth purchase process. I paid a deposit to hold the 1st bike until I came in to finish my transaction and when I arrived I was met with my sales associate who took me right to the bike I wanted to purchase. He showed me the features and made sure it was what I was looking for in a bike and that I was comfortable with what I was buying. The finance process was easy, we finished signing the documents and I was ready to ride off! One of my friends loved my bike so I sold it to them and called up Jonesboro Cycle asking if they had another bike just like the one I had and they did. They got me fixed up with that one; buying process was the same and now my friend and I can ride together. I'd shopped a few other dealers for these bikes and none of them could come close to the deal Jonesboro Cycle & ATV gave me.Jonesboro Cycle & ATV Response

My husband and I purchased our Can-Am defender from this place and had absolutely no issues with anything! Everything was explained perfectly and they answered all of our questions and even talked to us about some concerns we had. When we loaded the side by side up, our sales person showed me the best way to strap it on the trailer. I brought my slingshot in to have amplifier replaced a 10 minute job...took 3 1/2 weeks to complete then upon arrival to pickup my slingshot it's looks they been mud riding in it ..tore off my led lights and all the manager has to say is I'm sorry nothing I can do. They lied every other day about the repair saying the tech called off or he's in training for 3 days Brandon the service manager says don't come back either with complaints 🤦â€â ™‚ï¸ðŸ¤¦â€â™‚ï¸ What manager says that? Do not recommend this dealer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We bought 4 units from them one of the units quit on us after a 15 mile trip we had to tow it out the woods back to our truck. We called them the second day they said the best they can give us is an appointment a week later to check on it. Whenever they got it in the shop they told us it had a manufactured issue and they have to get in contact with can-am . The reason I bought a new units so I will not go through this . When I ask my sales man to get me another one or to refined my money back he acted like a jerk and he said he can't do nothing for me when I ask him to speak with the sales manager he told me to go find him yourself when I ask again he put me out the dealer !!!!!!!!!!can't believe it .
