We rented a dress in February from Cinderella's. The pageant was postponed due to weather to may 14, I contacted cinderellas and was told she moved our rental date to may 14 the new pageant date. I let her know I'd reach out in April to come try it back on make sure all was well. I contact her in April and she informed me she no longer has the dress I reserved that it broke. I ask why she didn't already contact me and she gave a handful of excuses such as she didn't know I still wanted the dress (I have texts saying I had it reserved for may 14), I should've contacted her sooner (I had no reason to contact her I thought we were all good), and she has a lot of customers. She offered no solution and asked if I wanted to come look at other dresses. My daughter tried on all her dresses a short time ago and we are not interested in any other dress she has. She is refusing to return the money I paid for the original rental even though she no longer has the dress we rented. The fee was non refundable if we cancel on her for any reason but if she can't provide the dress anymore she needs to refund me. She didn't give us any warning the dress had become unavailable until I contacted her. She no longer has the product I reserved so I need a refund at this point.
