We originally took our Car to Sally's because the insurance company wrote the check out to them for the hail damage received in the Spring. We told them to let us know when they had the parts ready and we would drop the car off. They told us the following week would be fine and this was in July after they completed the work on our SUV that they never called to tell us was done and we had to call and find out it was done for a week. With multiple calls going to a VM that was full and having to stop in numerous times we ended up asking them to put the hood back on and let us drive as we needed the vehicle and our rental had been out for a month. They did and my husband had an accident in it that bent the grill and bumper nothing major so we filed another claim for that. In September we took the car back to them for the repairs and week after week it is an excuse as to why it isn't done. Went from trim, to hood, to clamps they were waiting on. Again, dodging calls and going to VM full. Here we are February 2015 still no car and excuse after excuse. We called Jaguar of LR to find out the parts have been just sitting there ready to be picked up. Sally's said their truck to pick up parts broke down and they will pick up tomorrow 2/16/23 was suppose to pick up last week. This was after picking up the phone hanging up and when called back no answer. I had to call back from my office number. 4 months (not including 2.5 months prior) paying a car payment no car and 2 working parents. This has been rough and no help at all to get a resolution. All calls have been calm and nice because we want good work. Today I expressed with the length of time and again nothing but excuses.Initial Complaint

This business Sally's body shop has had a truck in their facility since Jan. of this year, it is over 7 months now they don't call to keep me updated or anything. I went to their location once a week starting in March all the way to June, they always had an excuse, parts,supply chain, we found more damage etc. etc.In my mind they are using my truck as a cash cow. ******** sent me a check in Jan. an they said the repairs would take 22 days and even if they found more damage no more than 2 or 3 months.Since than ******** has issued 3 additional checks over a 6 month period, what was suppose to cost $7000.00 has gone to over $21000.00 and i still don't know when i will get my truck back i should have had my truck back month ago.They seem to be using it to get more an more insurance money.Can you help?Customer response

The body shop is the Sally's in Bryant AR. that is where my truck has been since Jan.2022 i have gotten no updates ever, i have did everything they have asked, I called ******** over 20 times to help get this process moving to try to get my truck back .But the last time i saw my truck was in June of this year at the location in Bryant Ar.******** has provided 3 supplant payments after the first check that was sent to me in Jan.22. This Sally's is located at 421 Roya LN, Bryant, AR 72022. ******** sent them a $1100.00 payment in June, i have had no contact with them since because i am tired of being lied to i am a retired **** veteran and i have never been treated this way, anything you can do to resolve this matter would be helpful.
