Dec.6,2022. Oil change. Approx 10 days later truck making noise & engine lights on. Notice copious amounts of motor oil dripping on driveway. Drove truck to jiffy lube. Manager came in with oil filter & said it looked like it didn’t seal correctly. He changed out filter & ‘topped’ off oil. Went to get in truck, engine lights still on, automatic economy mode light flashing. Went back inside to get manager. Had him get in truck & drive truck in parking lot. He then acknowledged the engine noise. Attempted to get mechanic to clear notices on dash. I left truck there informing him to figure out why my engine lights & alarms were on. Mon. Dec 19, 2022. Went by business asking about status of truck. Mgr stated he was going to get it serviced. I asked for a rental, He refused, stating that he wasn’t going to $ for rental. I told him I needed replacement until my truck was fixed. Told him they neglected to change my oil correctly, I was out a vehicle & with my work, home & children situation I needed the extra auto. He said he didn’t have to get me a rental & he wasn’t liable for anything. After several attempts to work w/ manager. I contacted corporate & filed complaint. Received a call from regional representative & he proceeded to inform me that they’re attempting to determine who was liable. Also started to tell me of all the expenses I would incur if they weren’t liable for the damages. I.e…. Towing, service at dealership, parts, labor…. Etc…. I ask for a rental, he said that I could get one, but I had to $ upfront & they would reimburse up to $70/day if they were liable. (I shouldn’t have to pay upfront on their damages to my auto) truck was towed. Oil drained & then maintenance needed to get into engine. Since Dec 23. Corporate representative not answering phone nor responding to VM. My only contact is with ******** ******** in Benton, AR. I need assistance with resolving this issue ******** ****** ************
