In March of 2021 I went to the Little Rock location to get dental work and dentures, I paid in full at the time of service. The Little Rock location was closed down when it was time to get my permanent dentures, so I was transferred to the Bryant location, where I had several appointments for fittings for my dentures. I was back and forth for those appointments for a year, The last appointment I had was March 2024, I was told then that my bite has changed because they took so long to get my dentures made, and I was no longer a candidate for partials. I was told that they would have to do more dental work and remove all my teeth to fix their mess up and they would have to return my partials to the lab and get a refund and get back with me. That was in March, I have not heard back from them. I have called several times and was told I would have to speak with manager and they would have her call me back, but she never called. Finally in July I spoke with the manager and she told me she would have to talk to the corporate office and see what to do and would call me back. she never called me and they have stopped taking my calls. I now have bad TMJ from this and I am in pain everyday. I also have problems eating and my front teeth are wearing down in the front from trying to chew my food, the tips are almost see through now. I have paid for dentures I do not have. I need my refund so I can get me some dentures somewhere else. I have been dealing with this for 3 years..

I went to my first appt and was given a dental plan for new dentures and implants. Several weeks later I received a call stating that the dentist said he couldn't perform the implants. I ask if the could do the dentures, and she stated she would call me back with an appt. Several weeks passed and never a call. I called and asked for an appt with the dentist. I went to the appt. He stepped in and stated he couldn't perform the implants, but yes for dentures, and left. Never saw him again. The person that did the impression had to do it 6 times. The ****** **** came back and said it wasn't his fault, it was mine, stating this right at my back. I had to calm back numerous times, due to them never returning any of my calls, to see if the dentures were ready for my last fitting. When I went to pick them up, they had to keep adjusting them, and never got them correct. They handed them to me dirty, covered in plaster. The same ****** **** told me if I needed anything else, just call. My first visit, after driving 2 hours to get there, the same ****** **** was very rude and tried to tell me they were rescheduling my appt due to people being out sick. The other lady said they would keep my appt. Now, i have tried to calm numerous times because they still don't fit, for them to make this right and they will not return my calls. I just want my money back, so I can go to another dentist and get dentures that are right. These do jot fit my mouth and won't even stay in with adhesive. They don't fit properly and there is no possible way to wear them. I used all of my insurance benefit and had to utilize the *** benefit, that I am still paying on for this dentist and can not use the dentures. The people, jncluding the dentist, are very rude to everyone. There is one lady, af the front desk, that is the only one that was respectful. I have a coworker going through the same issues with yhis dentist. We both paid everything up front. I just want my money back to fix the issue.

I spoke with this patient at length and offered her either a remake on the dentures or a full refund if she returns the dentures to us. We reached resolution with her getting a refund when she brings the dentures back to us.

I recently received a bill from them. The bill contains no explanation of why I owe them money or dates of service. The bill is for $158 and change. I had previously received the same bill approximately 3 months ago. I called on 2 different occasions after receiving the bill to get an explanation of charges and had to leave a message for a billing person. Nobody ever called me back. I called and was able to get someone to call me back today 5/14/24. They tried to tell me that the bill was for something my insurance didn't cover. The dates she read me over the phone were from over a year ago. I asked her to send me a copy of the detailed information she just read me so I could check it with my info/insurance company. She told me no, that, that isn't how billing worked. She stated that I could come down there and they would print it out and give it to me. I told them they could print it out, and drop it in an envelope and mail it to the address they had on file. Again she told me that's not how their billing department worked. She stated that If I don't pay it, she'll turn me over to collections. I don't have time to take off work so I can go down to a dentist office I no longer use to get paperwork they could easily mail/email me. It should also be noted that I have stopped using them for over a year now due to them giving me a weird feeling about the place. They changed companies, and my dentist retired as a result. I started seeing one of the other dentists there, a *** *********. During the companies transition I had some work done, and during 3 seperate conversations with their staff (one being *** *********) I was told I could seek another dentist office if I didn't want delays. I'm generally pretty patient and willing to wait, as I did with them. During my last visit with *** ********* I'm pretty sure he messed up on one of my teeth. He suddenly stopped doing a filling, and said I needed a root canal. I subsequently had that tooth pulled at my new dentist.
