      I went into this looking for a simple smile that of which I haven't seen in years. I had all my teeth extracted Now my denture is crooked, teeth too small, and have no teeth to bite down with! My bottoms lay in a way that the teeth are even with the gums!

      I started April 2022 & had my top teeth all pulled. Dr talked me into getting a partial for the bottom. I went back for adjustment & then it got where I’d go in for the next procedure but they would do something else. I went in April 2023 with one of my teeth bothering me. They first told me my appt was canceled because I was late due to traffic. I tried to call but no answer. But they went ahead & took me. They took x-rays & when Dr came in he told me I had a cavity under a crown on another tooth & never spoke of the tooth hurting me. I told him I wanted the remaining teeth pulled & not spend money on bad teeth. But I was about to have a knee replacement & needed to think about getting that done after surgery. The Dr seemed upset & told me whenever I decided what I was going to do to get back with them. April 31st, 2023 I had a TIA & went to the ER in Conway. Then I went the following Mon to my heart Dr in Little Rock. After that I had an MRI, then went in to have my heart shocked back into rhythm. The follow up appt Dr ask if I felt any different doing the shocking. I had not felt any different. Then he informed me that my heart didn’t stay in rhythm. He put me on blood thinner for the rest of my life. After all this, I have been calling affordable dentures to see about getting the rest of my teeth pulled & they have not answered the phone & say to leave phone # & they have not returned my call. I have called too many times in two weeks with no response. Checking with another dentist, I feel they over charged me ($5,915.49) and my work has not been completed. Very unsatisfied with the length of time to complete my procedure. And not calling me back. At this time I do not want them to pull my other teeth & get the lower denture being on blood thinner. But I would like a refund of some money if overcharged.

      I had a phone call on Sat, June 24, 2023 from a lady saying they had gone over my records & owe me a refund of $2,257.00 but since I paid with my credit card, i would have to come to there office so they can credit my card. They would not except a check for payment. I was at their office first thing on Mon morning to get my credit. The receipt did not show their name on it. Not very professional as it looked very generic. I ask why they would not answer the phone & was told some of their business had closed so everyone was coming to them. Also that she was training two new receptionist and too busy to return calls. Upon checking my credit card account my funds finally posted to my credit card after four (4) days. I’m am done with Affordable Dentures and will not recommend them to anyone else. I still have to get my bottom partial finished somewhere else after over a year.

      Report them to DHS! I did. They are not accredited because the dentist does not take credit for his bad work or reviews. He did not fix the damage he did to my teeth. He refused to admit he nicked my tooth with his file. He dismissed me for demanding he fix his mistakes and left me with a painfully sharp nick in my veneer that cuts my lip. He left my tooth exposed with a filling and had to refile and refill it. My FRONT TOOTH mind you. A small cavity became a big mess. He did even told me that since he had to fill it twice, it would not stand another fix. And he knew when he said that, it would need to be fixed. He left the filling longer than the tooth. I came back in several times. Record shows he filed the bottom of my veneer that he never should have touched. My X-rays and my appointment dates show his lack of care. One of the times I came in I had another doctor, I think it was Dr. Broom. He said Dr. Haynie would have to fix the tooth when he places my new (second) veneer. The nurse agreed that it needed fixed. The lady named Sheila that molded and made my veneer said it needed fixed. And Dr. Haynie said he didn't do anything wrong. He wasn't going to fix anything and he couldn't touch the veneer he didn't place. But he did, HE PREVIOUSLY CHIPPED IT. I left crying and called back to ask for a refund so that I could see a different dentist and he said no and dismissed me as a patient. I am filing complaints and reviews are being written. I see a new dentist in a few days, and if he doesn't reimburse and compensate me then I am going to take it the law.

      Dr. H***** is the worst dentist ever. He pushed my face hard and he never smiles. He is never kind. I thought that was just his personality until he refused to fix his mistakes. He fails to listen to what the patient is saying. He is arrogant and inconsiderate. And his work speaks for itself, I would leave a photo if it were an option.

      Thank you! I will contact you soon for information. Ellen T***** has assessed and says his work has left me in need of two veneers. Because he filed my veneer to his liking and chipped it and left a long filling on the other front tooth. It feels bad against the inside of my lip and it won't get better without proper dental care.
