Placed an order on July 19th, 2022. I kept getting the run around was told I would receive my product the following Monday July 25th; ... Well, that didn't happen. I sent message after message and kept getting excuse after excuse on when I would receive it. I finally told the owner this is a fraudulent business, and I would be claiming it with my bank because she'd taken my money and failed to give me product. She finally brought me part of my product on the same day I was claiming it as fraud, which was August 19th. The owner also stated I would be delivered the remaining order August 22nd seeing as she didn't complete it all. It's now August 30th and she has still failed to deliver the remaining order. I tried to stop at the store front today August 30th and guess what to no surprise it was closed when it was supposed to be open. I manage a shop in a local town, I understand wanting to use someone who is local however with that being said I would not recommend this establishment ever!!! If you want your order in a timely manner or if you want to receive your order at all you'll need to look elsewhere for a company to do it! It's very unlikely you will get it. The owner has lied numerous times regarding my order. I had to claim the remaining portion of my initial order as fraudulent just so I would get my money back from my bank. Sadly, this is the type of business this establishment is. They take you money and don't deliver the products you pay for!Business response

Spoke with owner and explain the issue and owner had no problem with order and also gave a $100 credit on next order and also stated the they sold out of their items that was deliveredInitial Complaint

I contacted the company in March about ordering t shirts, on the last friday in April I dropped off the order for 42 t shirts. She told me they would be ready in one week or the following friday 5/6. I have tried numerous time to pick up the tshirts, contacting her through text messages as she requested, stopping in only to be treated extremely rudely, to the point i just left. I still do not have the tshirts. With only receiving more promises of when they will be delivered. I already paid her $300.00 or the $433.06 that I owed. She is now telling me they will be delivered to the school between 830-9am on friday the 20th.Customer response

I have finally received my product after having to text and stop at the business several times
