I received a text from the North Atlanta franchise owner letting me know that launch party tickets were now available. I tuned into the Instagram live the day before (me and 3 other people) so I was prepared. I immediately logged in as I always do and prepared to purchase my ticket… only to find out that the owner accidentally put the start date of the tickets two days in the future. I immediately text and let them know that the tickets were not available for purchase. A little while later she sent another text saying there was a glitch and tickets were available. I once again logged in to purchase. This time there were no launch party tickets available. They were all sold out in the time between their original text and follow up text. I immediately went on their Instagram to tell them what happened. Rather than really address my concern the owner deleted my comment and blocked me. This is so upsetting because I am originally from Arkansas and I have been a staunch Rhea Lana’s supporter for almost 10 years. The behavior of the north Atlanta franchise owner is so upsetting from one business owner to another. I would never think to treat customers the way she does. This isn’t my first negative experience with her, but it is the one that solidifies my decision to no longer spend my money or sale any item through Rhea Lana’s. I’ve also shared Rhea Lana’s with so many of my fellow moms… I will not be able to do that anymore.
