Our dog was attacked by a German Shepherd while in the care of this business in October of 2020. Being veterinarians, my wife and I took care of our pet, suturing his wound and treating his aversion. I spent long conversations with the owner (noted as head human in the other review) who assured me that the offending dog was expelled and that there would be no tolerance for bad actors. When I went to drop off my pet today, a patron drove up with a very large German Shepherd raging in her car. When she brought the dog out, it lunged and barked at every person and every dog in the vicinity. I questioned the staff about why this dog was here and they flatly denied the dog is a problem. I couldn't in good conscience leave my dog there with that type of animal and went back to get him. I felt obligated to alert 2 other pet owners in the lobby that there was a potentially vicious animal there that day. I left and received and email from the head human accusing me of outbursts and hatred. We will NEVER be taking our dog to this facility again as much for the fact they allow overactivated dogs and the head human wants to avoid solving the problem.
