I bought a tractor from this dealership the seat they had for it was not the correct seat so they had to order one so they put a makeshift one on there for temporary I had to call them to find out my seat was in then when I took it up there to get my seat to put on by that time I had numerous problems with the tractor when they put my backhoe attachment on bolts were left loose bolts broke off on the rear end that held the brackets on that holds my backhoe attachment the tractor got to where it would not shut off it revved up real high I had the front drive shaft fall out I had a bolt in the front end come out and drained out all my fluids therefore now I have growling noises going on in the front end of my tractor I had three hydraulic lines blow l had a wheel come loose on the tractor and the alternator belt was loose not including several leaks on the hydraulic lines I took it back up there and had my seat put on and I had a list of problems that I had with the tractor I needed it for work it had been up there for 3 days already so went back and got it I left my backhoe attachment there they did not fix any of the bolts that was broke off in the rear end they did not replace any bolts that were missing in the rear end they ordered the part to fix my tractor so it would shut off and some other parts were ordered so I found out the parts were in I took the tractor back and two days before I took it back it was idling so high it would not shut off so I had to idle the motor down so I could get it to shut off when I took it up there I told the mechanic what I did he said okay the next day I get a call saying that my warranty is no good no more cuz I idled the tractor down therefore I tampered with the pump system which the mechanic did that out of spite calling the koiti dealership telling them that I idled it down because I spoke of his abilities of being a mechanic because of my loose nuts and bolts and broke off bolts and during this timeit was up there for 5 days they still did nothing to it I still have broken bolts off in the rear end missing bolts and they say that it's going to cost me $110 to pick it up because they have to put my attachment back on although they took it off to fix it to begin with they say that I tampered with the injection system is why it voided the warranty well they told me to install an aftermarket light to my backhoe attachment so I could see it night because they didn't want to put one on does that not void my warranty too but they told me to do it so that I guess it don't...

Please find attached the response from Mr. Josh Spradlin, the General Manger at our **** Equipment & Toy Company location in Conway. Please excuse the use of all caps, our computer system does not recognize lower case, so we typically operate in all caps while typing. It has no reflection on his response. Mr. John attempted to answer each point in his complaint, and there response are separated as such. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help facilitate a solution to this issue. Thanks for your help in this matter. Our response is as follows:

    IN RESPONSE:
WE DID NOT HAVE THE BRACKETS NECESSARY TO INSTALL THE SWIVEL SEAT. WE INFORMED THE CUSTOMER THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE RIGHT PARTS, AND HE SAID HE NEEDED HIS TRACTOR THAT WEEKEND, SO WHATEVER WE CAN DO TO MAKE IT WORK. ONCE THE PARTS WERE IN, I CALLED AND INFORMED THE CUSTOMER AND SCHEDULED A DATE FOR HIM TO COME IN. HE DID NOT COME IN WHEN SCHEDULED, CALLED LATER, AND ASKED IF THE PARTS WERE IN TO WHICH I INFORMED HIM AGAIN, YES. HE DROPPED IT OFF ON HIS OWN ACCORD AT A LATER DATE THAN SCHEDULED SO WE FIT HIM INTO THE WORK ORDER LINEUP.

NO BOLTS WERE LEFT OFF OR LEFT LOOSE OR INSTALLED BROKEN. THE CUSTOMER INFORMED US THAT HE IS DIGGING A POND AND I VERIFIED WITH KIOTI THAT THIS SUBCOMPACT TRACTOR IS NOT ENOUGH TO DO SUCH A JOB. IT IS TO THE CUSTOMER'S DISCRETION ON WHAT HE DOES WITH IT, BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE THE TRACTOR WAS OVERWORKED.

YES, MR. ****** DID BRING IT IN WITH A LIST OF JOBS (SEE RO: 2569), MOST OF WHICH WE DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO EVEN GET TO. THE CUSTOMER AS STATED, CALLED ROUGHLY 3 DAYS AFTER DROPPING IT OFF AND ASKED IF WE WERE DONE. HE DID NOT DROP OFF WHEN SCHEDULED, SO WE WERE WORKING HIM IN THE RO'S WE ALREADY HAD, SO HIS WAS ABOUT A WEEK OUT BEFORE WE WERE GOING TO BE ABLE TO WORK ON IT. HE CALLED AND SAID HE NEEDED TO USE THE BUCKET FOR THE WEEKEND AND WANTED TO PICK IT BACK UP, SO WE REMOVED THE BACKHOE AND DID THE PRIORITY JOBS TO GET THE TRACTOR OUT THE DOOR. AS FAR AS THE WEEL BOLTS COMING LOOSE, AT THIS POINT, THE CUSTOMER HAD WELL OVER 50HRS ON THE MACHINE, AND THE MANUAL STATES TO CHECK ALL NUTS AND BOLTS ON THE WHEELS TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE NOT LOOSENED. THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BUT I COVERED IT FOR HIM THIS ONE TIME ON THE WEELS AND INFORMED THE CUSTOMER.

I, NOR ANYONE ELSE HERE INFORMED THE CUSTOMER THAT PARTS WERE IN. THE CUSTOMER CALLED AND ASKED I

well as for him saying that he calledr to tell me that my brackets were in for my seat that's a lie I called him to find out my parts are in .. we can pull phone records to verify that ..and I'm not figging a pond I do concrete work..that tractor grades dirt in slabs and for driveways new construction.and when I dropped it off with the list of problems with the tractor they did not fix nothing..they said they had to order parts for it and and it was going to take week to a month to get the parts. I have a witness that heard him say that on speakerphone.of course I use that tractor for work and told him I was going to come back and pick it up let me know when the parts came inand when the parts came on and I dropped it off I told the mechanic I had to idle it down because it was idling so high it would not shut off he said okay I gave him the keys and I left then the next day I get a call from him saying my warranties voided because I idled t down..the only bolts that have fell out or broke off are the ones that you have to put on or take off to put the brackets on that holds the backhoe attachment on that their mechanic installed now they want to try to put blame on me...that is not very professional like..I'll be contacting Kioti and dll finance of this business actions...
