    This is the best customer-friendly lock service that I have ever dealt with! He arrived on-time and my key process was over in a matter of no time! I will definitely use this company for all my locksmith needs!

    The man that owns this business and provides this service is 100% top shelf. He was fast to return my call, super fast in responding to where I was (was less than an hour from phone call to his arrival and his travel time from where he said he was coming from was at least 40 min and that’s not factoring it that it was rush hour.) The kind gentleman who showed up (the owner) was so polite, so professional looking and acting… clean cut, business apparel on…etc, and provided an on site service at a very very reasonable price! I was happy to pay $50 to get back into my vehicle that was locked and still running. I appreciated this man’s diligence and professionalism so much, I instantly gave him the VIN to my vehicle for a quote on a new key fob so hopefully if this happens again, I have another fob that my wife can bring me. Being a lieutenant at the fire department, I drive vehicle’s constantly that don’t have keys, but rather battery switches. So it’s not routine for me to “grab my keys” when entering and exiting an apparatus/vehicle. So tonight I must have hit the lock button getting out of the car, and shut the door with the keys still inside. My point is…. when people are having a terrible day or a problem they cannot fix; they ultimately call the fire department… they usually call me.. so being the victim in this situation… I couldn’t be happier with the response and service I received from pyramid locking company. Thank you for helping me on my bad day. Even firefighters need help too.  I will use your services from here forward If I am ever in need of locksmithing, and I will sing your praises and will always refer you to anyone else I know. I am sorry I didn’t catch your name sir, but I can’t thank you enough … you have my upmost respect and loyalty! Don’t hesitate to call Pyramid Locking Company if you’re reading this and trying to decide who to hire or use… This company is the company you want. I promise.
