              Terrible repair service. Our ATV came out in worse shape than when it went to the shop. Almost 3.5 months in the shop. Lots of excuses why it was not repaired. Cost us almost $600 and still not running. If I could give them an F I would.

              We always strive for our customers to leave exceedingly happy and I am sorry to hear that you did not. After looking into this for you it appears we were cleared to disassembe the top end of your Massimo to determine the problem which was approximatly half the charges. In these days of supply chain issues and scarce availability we could not locate the replacement part for this machine. There were some other options for repair but by your request we put it back together as it was and got it back to you. I am sorry again that you were not satisfied and we wish you the very best.

              When we went to pick up our atv the tip stick was broken, hoses were not attached. We paid for the machine to be put back as it came into the shop minus the defective part. That didn't happen. Would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone. Would rate it a 0 if I could.
