I purchased a truck from this dealer on November 22, 2023. As of today I still do not have a title for the vehicle that I paid cash for. I have called regularly for the last two months and asked for the title. I have been told that they sold me the vehicle without paying off a lien on the vehicle I have been promised multiple times that the title will arrive by a certain date and it has still not shown up.

I am very sorry about Mr. ********* paperwork complaint and it is very valid. My Corporate office is doing evryhting they can to get him his paperwork. We received a letter from the state of Florida on 1-29-24 stating the title had been sent and would arrive within 12 days. We relayed this information to Mr. ******* and then the title title did not show from Florida by the given date. My Corporate office is all over the state of Florida for answers.

      Thanks

I bought a used 2019 RAM Rebel on 05/06. The truck has just come in on a trade, and needed some repair. A new windshield and to fix a tear in the leather in the drivers seat, as well as to detail the car and get any smoke smell out. The day I bought the car, I left it in Conway (3 hours away from home) for them to finish detailing, and offered to leave it there until they got the repairs done. My sales guy insisted he could drive it up to me later that night when cleaning was done, and then come back and pick up my truck from NWA to do the other repairs when they got scheduled (at no cost to me). That hasnt happened yet, and I've contacted him, his manager, as well as the CRM **** ****** at his dealership and have not hear firm arrangements on anything. The person who sold me the car tried to tell me he can no longer come pick the truck up from me and that I would need to make the drive down and drop my car off in conway to get the fixes done. That was not part of the deal, and I would like it fixed asap. I have provided other options, such as using a local dealer here and they just cover that cost and even offered to help pay the difference, but they insist on getting the work done in Conway. The other problem is they filled out my title application incorrectly, and my bank has not payed them their funds. The bank (USAA) has tried contacting them multiple times over the course of 3 weeks, with no response. USAA finally contacted me and told me about the problem and left it in my hands. Ive tried for almost a week to get the title application refilled out, with no luck or communication from anyone at the dealership. Im in danger of losing my preapproval for my loan, and the deal will fall through. Lastly, the dealer had this car advertised at $42,499 and I called them asking if that was the price before I made the drive. They assured me that was the advertised price, but when I got down there, they told me it was actually 45,600. I'd like to get the original price.

We have picked this customers vehicle up and finished the repairs. The price that he paid is the price that he agreed on. To my knowledge all of the issues on this have been resolved. We will not be giving him any money back from the transaction.

I purchased a new 2021 GMC Sierra from Crain on 03/17/21. My wife and I drove from east TN 8 hrs to take delivery after working the deal over the phone and be there the day the vehicle was unloaded from the the carrier. Upon arriving and taking a test drive, I noticed there was no window sticker anywhere to be found. This was a a special order vehicle with a special Tow package (NTH). I went inside to finish the paperwork with the salesperson and asked him to locate it. He left and when he returned, said it had been misplaced in during detail and they would find it. We waited for about an hour and they never found it. Of course we had already signed the paperwork. I asked him to get the sales manager and he assured me they would order one and send it to me. We have never received the window sticker and I have called and e-mailed the sales manager several times since then. In addition to the window sticker, we had planned to pay cash for the vehicle but were asked to finance for 60 days so they cold get incentives from the finance company. I think they gave us a small discount ** XXX XXXXXXX ******** and said we could pay it off in 60 days with no interest. At the end of 60 days there was interest and we had to pay the charges due at pay off. I contacted GM and they told me to continue working with the dealer for the window sticker. GM also said IT IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW TO DELIVER A NEW VEHICLE WITH PROVIDING A NEW VEHICLE WINDOW STICKER. I didn't know this at the time and the person I spoke with at GM said the Federal Trade commission requires this document to accompany ALL new vehicles at the time of delivery. I am very displeased with the way this has all been handled and feel like the dealership should do something to make both of these two (2) wrongs right. They should at least be turned in for violating a federal trade law. Not what I would expect when buying an 80k vehicle

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/24) */ Mr. ****** spoke with one of our sales managers last week. She explained to him that she had to order a duplicate Maroney Label from General Motors. In order for some of the manufacturer rebates to be taken at the time of purchase, customers are required by the manufacturer to finance. It is not a dealership incentive, this customer actually had manufacturer rebates of ***** taken off the cost of the vehicle. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/02/11) */ I filed a complaint against Crain Buick GMC. Someone sent a text saying I should have the documents needed very soon. Nothing has happened and that was three weeks ago. It was arbitrary at best and I don't know who sent it. This is typical of this dealership. An you nudge them again please? There is still no resolve and after almost a year, I'm not expecting there to be but someone needs to have the reported an accountable for their business practices. Thank you, *** ****** (XXX) XXX-XXXX Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2022/02/11) */ The General Manager verified we have ordered the window sticker from GM. The employees have reached out to the customer to let them know that it has been ordered. Mr. ******** will reach out to our rep to see if they can give us any insight or if they can speed up the process and then will communicate that with the customer. We truly are trying to get the window sticker for the customer.
