Horrible horrible place to do business. The parts are in Korea waited 5 + months for them to repair our tractor while the whole time the secretary lied abut the part was in , and when on explaining the wiring harness was difficult to install, when the part wasn’t even there. When we did get out tractor back, someone broke the clips and bracket the held the air conditioner and heater in, then tried to fix it with adhesive. The air conditioner and radio doesn’t work now. When I call to address the issue, the secretary said “We do not want anything to do with your tractor, go take it back where you bought it , and that we did the damage . The tractor is 3 yrs old and of that 3 yrs 5.5 months it has been on Moix of Conway Ar lot. The owner was no help but to say we will fix the the clips and bracket

First I would like to point out that this customer review is for Moix Equipment & Toy Company, LLC in Conway, not Moix RV. In response to this customer review, I would like to point out that at no time did anyone with Moix Equipment & Toy Company state "we did the damage". In fact, we admittedly deny having anything to do with breaking a bracket, and especially trying to "fix it with adhesives". I spoke with Ms. E**** personally about this, and even though we deny having broke the bracket, I agreed to cover the cost of the bracket. We also spoke with representatives from Kioti to verify that the wiring harness we replaced had no connection to the radio or air conditioning on this tractor. I do sincerely apologize for the delay in getting the parts from Kioti, however I would also point out that at no time did our service advisor or anyone else employed by Moix Equipment Toy Company lie to Mrs. E****.
