Kim and others in CNAC are very unprofessional. These people do not do not want to keep customers. They do not work with customers when it comes to financial issues. They have horrible communication skills… I had a change in pay and I miss a pay which void a part of the contract, which is understandable, the issue is I called to update them on my financial status and what they fail to remind me the contract was now voided. If I wouldn’t have called they would of not told me this until the actual day it was due as, by attempting to charge my account and/or called me around 5pm or after 7pm when they’re suppose to be closed to tell me that that voided contract payment was due. I’ve been having issues with them for 3 years. Avoid J.D Byrider at all cost.

Horrible place, my car constantly broke down, same thing no codes, just died in the middle of the road, 20 plus times, I had to pay tow to them every time, they finally told me they just can't fix it, after paying them over 13000, they wanted me to sign a new contract and start over, nope!, I said ill trade it somewhere else, they said ok they'll take care of what I was upside down, traded my car in, they didn't do anything to help, was still upside down over 3000, after paying them, 13,000. Never buy from them, junk cars, death traps, and way over priced, all they do is lie to you, I'm going to try and hire an attorney

I bought a car from them three months ago, and it was the WORST three months of my entire life. The service staff, mechanics and management are complete liars and cheaters. I got a 2012 VW Jetta, and it seemed great for a couple weeks, started having issues. Brought it to their repair shop and it took them three weeks to clear the engine code on the dash. Got the car back, it ran okay for another month and a half. I live in Little Rock AR, and for labor day weekend I took myself and my 4 year old child down to Pensacola FL for vacation. on the way back, the belt EXPLODED in mississippi, caused my engine and air compressor to stop working. and left me and my child stranded for EIGHT HOURS before help arrived. Luckily a local mechanic saw us stranded and attempted to help us. after working on the car for another 7 hours, he was able to get the car alive enough to park it on his lawn until Byrider can come get the car. Since it was the middle of the night on a holiday weekend I didn’t call byrider because i wouldn’t get an answer. When I missed my car payment, Byrider harassed me and the TWENTY references they forced me to put down. I told them the situation, and they argued with me for days that it’s my responsibility to tow the car from Hattiesburg mississippi to Conway arkansas. I refused, telling them to repossess the car, like they said they would in the contract. they then slipped up and told me they couldn’t because the tracker on the car was broken!! not my fault then! i gave them the address of where the car is at, told them the entire situation multiple times, and not once did they apologize for selling me a lemon that left me and my child stranded. the mechanics KNEW the belt was pencil thin and would break, they did NOT CARE. I wish i could post pictures because i have so much evidence catching them in their lies and harassment. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM BYRIDER. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HORRIBLE.

I bought my 2014 chevrolet captiva from the russellville arkansas location then they went out of business so they moved to Conway. I had problems a week after I bought my car the ac the rear whiper would turned on and my flasher didn't work they took it to under the hood in russellville arkansas. Then a week later they said it was fix all was fixed but the ac. So by then they was moved to conway so let's just says I have tooking this car of mine to then 7 times to fix the ac I even bought a new compressor paid 500 for it from them but come to fine out they didn't replace it its still the same one but charge me for the new one. So this ladt time I took it I told them my ac was still not working and all they keep saying it's it low on freon and charge me 128 that 5 time since I have had this car witch will be 2 years in October. So I don't know what I can do I need help cause this isn't right

I have a car through this place and I’ve never had to deal with so many problems my whole life. The car was under warranty for almost two years now and the whole time I have been taking it back and forth to mechanics to get it fixed. Not one single time have they fixed my problems with the car. They would fix it just enough to keep it going and then leave me to take the car back to them over and over again hoping to get it fixed. All they have been doing is waiting on my warranty to lapse so they don’t have to pay to fix the real problem. Byrider was the absolute worst decision to get my car through. The only thing they helped was my credit, yet that’s most likely gonna be temporary considering I don’t have the money for a new converter that has now malfunctioned after a year of them putting in a brand new one. Would not recommend this place at all.
