Frontier Shed does not stand by their product. I ordered a storage unit from them. There was a delay in delivery because of rain, which I totally understood, because you get only one free delivery. Once it was finally delivered a month later it was gone. I only had the building for a MONTH, and we had rain with some wind, but this was not a big storm, there were no tornados or straight-line winds. The building was not stable, and after only a MONTH, the small storm blew the storage building away. This is the part I don't understand…I contacted Frontier Shed that Monday. Two people were supposed to call me back, but they did not. When I finally talked to someone, they only wanted to know if I had Homeowner’s Insurance and if I put the storage unit on the policy. I explained that I just got the unit and had just received the paperwork to make a payment. The guy (******* from Cabot) told me the day I purchased the build that it came with a warranty regardless of what happen. That it would be covered, so why should I file a insurance claim when the build is under warranty. The building literally blew away after I made my very first payment. I made a 3-month payment on the building so now I am paid up until June 2023. I put $2,000 down on the building. I called again this week in hopes of someone helping me, once again, no call back, no help with getting a refund or a replacement built. I need help because I work hard for my money, and I don't feel it is fair for a company not to respond or help when a customer is trying do the right thing. I knew I should have run when the company (******* from Cabot) made 3 errors on my application and ***** from Frontier had to correct it. That was my true sign not to go with this company. I am hurt. At this point I just want them to get their shed and keep the money. Release me from the contract and we can move on. I will take the loss. I have a broken shed in my yard that is pointless. Please do not go with company.

So far I can’t get anyone to talk to me. I’ve paid half down and delivery was to be in 3 wks. Paperwork states 3-5 but I can’t get company to contact me at all snd I’ve called several times and left messages cause no one ever answers the phone even salesman get help. Anyone else having sane issue?
