very disappointed in the customer service and the overall condition of the vehicle that was sold to me. I’ve had my car towed to them twice for mechanical issues only for them to no be resolved and resulting in further damage to the vehicle. Now I am running the risk of begin without a car and I put a significant amount of money down for the vehicle to not even last a year, and now i’m stuck trying to get rid of the car or to find a new one before i don’t have a working vehicle at all.Review from James G

Purchased my 2017 Ford F150 lariat on November 11, 2023. Dealer will not recognize the leaking Tonneau cover that came with the truck as their concern nor responsibility. Did not change filters nor fluids nor detail as they presented. Wippers were worthless.Review from Samantha D

Very disappointed was told lie after lie just to get my husband and myself in the door TO LOOK. said that they were going to do a soft credit check to see where we stood. we ended up not even buying the vehicle few weeks go by and we start getting letter after letter by different creditors and with each letter my credit score drops significantly.specifically told them we did not want them to run a hard credit check cuz we were just looking and had already went through this once before with a different car that is why we specifically requested that now my credit score has dropped 30 points. Now we are having to pay an attorney to help us get this fixed.

We are so sorry to read this experience that you had, and completely understand the frustrations with the one or two mandatory bank letters that were sent to your address. (These are sent regardless of approval) We actually only ran your credit that day with your permission and a signed credit application. The very few inquiries that were on there would not have affected your credit. Also, we did get you an approval on a vehicle.
