The times that we exist in where technology makes communication and transactions easier than ever this company has found a way to avoid all of them. The website is unreliable/nonfunctional and the listed office phone goes unanswered during business hours.Review from Tamara K

We got a water bill for December 2021 that was almost 3x the amount we paid in September 2021, at the height of our watering. When we questioned the amount, their only answer was to get "Eyes on Water." They offered no apology or explanation as to why we suddenly used more water. After getting "Eyes on Water" so that we could look online at our water usage, we noticed that supposedly we had used 1000s of gallons of water for days in which we were not even home! So, we called back. This time the lady tells us that perhaps we left a faucet on or had a toilet leaking!! We are talking about a usage of 1500 gallons per day. There was no way!! So, call them back again! We asked to challenge the bill, for an audit of our system, and for someone to come make sure the meter is working properly. We were told no to all 3 requests. Bottom line about this company is that they could care less if water is wasted!! They have no eye to conservation. Coming from drought-ridden CA, we are stunned that they simply don't care! For our part, we can find no leaks that would cause this amount of water to be used. Are they simply ripping people off? We don't know, and we cannot get anyone there to care about it.
